Food was beyond amazing! I had the brisket and it was melt in your mouth! Wide selection of sauces offered, but honestly you dont need them at all! Old fashions were also very good! Owner was super friendly and helpful! Can't wait to go back again!!!

I was excited to eat here as majority of the reviews made it seem like some of the best bbq in Green Bay. My wife and I ordered ribs and brisket for lunch and I was very disappointed in the ribs. I tried my wife’s brisket and it was just as slimy as the ribs were. 100% not $17.50 meat platters! It’s like these meats are left in a croc pot for 10 plus hours on high before it’s served. The taste and texture was bad enough for me to not want to finish my plate and that’s a first for me when it comes to eating ribs or any meat in general. The house slaw was pretty good and the service was great. I also recommend getting spotted cow on tap like most bars in Wisconsin.

Green Bay's hidden gem on the ridge! How is this place not a packed house every day? The menu is extensive, the quality is phenomenal, and the atmosphere is pretty neat. The smoked meats are incredible and they come with house made sauces. The brisket was tender, juicy, and flavorful. I'm still thinking about it! There's a ton of sides to go with your meal and from what I've had, they're all good. The chicken wings are the best I've had in all of Green Bay (not like those tiny dehydrated jerky wings I've had at Legend Larry's or Buffalo Wild Wings). Big meaty wings with house sauces that are crazy good (especially the pepper sauce) how can you go wrong?

Went with friends that had seen it on tv and wanted to try it. We love a good bbq joint, but this wasnt it! Very disappointing and will not be back. The quesadilla "special" appeared to be pre-made and heated back up on a greasy skillet, the mac and cheese had no flavor, the chicken wings were almost rancid and dry, the brisket was very dry probably microwaved several times. Burnt ends were dry and shredded, so I dont believe they were true burnt ends. Mashed potatoes and gravy was so spicey, almost inedible. I wish I would have read the reviews instead of relaying on a tv interview, probably wouldnt have gone.

This place is my preferred one. I go to many restaurants but to this place I constantly return again and again. The crew is very amicable and the cooking they cook is so flavorful. I am always happy to have a decent meal here. I highly recommend this place.

Delicious food and friendly, attentive staff. We tried the brisket (fantastic) and pulled pork (delicious). The mashed potatoes and gravy side was possibly the best I've ever had and the mac and cheese was great as well. I love the different choices of sauces with my personal favorite being the "sassy" flavor.

Good food with Great Portions. Concept is odd though you walk thru the bar to eat. Not sure if a bar with BBQ or restaurant with a bar. Either way needs to be better laid out. Food and service wise no issues. Food was good night great BUT portions were huge. The Burnt Ends App was great.

Wish I could give this place 5 stars. However my hubby & I have tried this place 3 different times now & 3rd time was NOT the charm. The service is very inconsistent & slow. The food is also inconsistent- portion wise. I have ordered the same meal each time - both dine in, carry out & delivery & all 3 times portions were different. Food is good(no doubt about that- they have a good thing goin there which is why I have given them 3 stars) but the service aspect is very much lacking which sadly keeps me away for the price one pays.
