I’m regular customer at Starbucks at location on main street in Green Bay Wisconsin. My cold brew that I ALWAYS GET, was full of foam, which the employee who handed me my coffee ,stated the foam would dissolve.. well it didn’t. I got my coffee around 9 am and now it’s 8:13 pm and still full of foam. So I spent almost $6 on foam. And I always put my cold brew in the fridge right away. So… I would like whoever runs that place to me explain that.

Got to the drive through with a 10+ car line... waited 30 minutes in line in 88 degree weather, finally got to the order screen at exactly 3:59 and they wouldn't take my order (just 1 drink) because they close at 4. Never going to this location again. Update: 3 years later they still are awful keep messing up drinks Update they are doing good now

Ordered something new to try and was given meat as a vegetarian. They just put me out of being able to preform work wise for days. I expect better out of a company who normally has such high standards.

Did not order walked out the customer service was THAT poor . for the sake of your business get better staffing on your Sunday morning shift . worst ever , and remember, competition is fierce

This has happen multiple times when I order with NO ICE but they always mess it up and when I come to the counter to ask if I can have it with no ICE that lady with long hair doesn’t sound like want to fix the issue and didn’t even apologized for their mistake, with little time I have I told her I’ll just take it like that and she just say “ok”….. even though I live close by and come here all the time if I needed coffee but after this experience and with that attitude, I will never coming back here again for a single SIP!!
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Went here before my reserved study time for Brown County Library. Ordered an oatmeal to go with 2% milk. Got to my appointment, sat down to eat and realized I was given un-cooked oatmeal. Brought it back, which I debated even doing and asked for it to be cooked. The younger lady working at the counter kind of laughed when I asked for it to be cooked. It then was cooked with water when I had asked for 2% and she even read it off the bag. Not only was this a huge inconvenience but it was a waste of my time and extremely unprofessional. I frequently go to Starbucks and it seems there is always a problem with my order at the Main Street location. I have worked in the service industry for over 6 years, so I can understand a mess up from time-to-time but his worker did not fix the solution or provide good customer service. Sadly, I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward. n

The girl had my coffee lid placed in a deliberate attempt to spill coffee on me when I drank from the lid. They are trained on how to place the lids securely and opposite the cup seam. Low-class behavior. And sad mentality. Corporate is investigating. Send this person to therapy.
