The manager was very rude. I had a mobile order and they were behind on it which I understood. I asked for a refund and he rudely responded with “you do it on the app”. I called later to get a number to call to get the refund from the app and he in short told me he doesn’t know what to do and he was “falling more behind being on the phone with me”. Bellevue corrected the issue without hesitation. I will be going to that location from now on.

Everytime I order here from my office down the street they always seem to mess up our order and then we have to wait extra time for them to finish it or waste the drink. The employee we had was also very rude and making the experience terrible.

We normally visit this location on Sundays and order through the drive through. Beverages are made inconsistent and never taste the same as other Starbucks I frequent ( which is a lot of them in the gbay/ fox valley). The guy in the drive through barely talks loud enough to hear him through the speaker as well as at the window.

I mean, it's Starbucks. Everybody knows what Starbucks is all about. They have delicious coffee but it's incredibly over priced and over rated in my opinion. I'm a simple guy so I always just get a simple Americano but nobody's espresso beats Starbucks

Every single time I go, it’s the same manager worker named Maria who always messes up my drinks. I always add extra caramel extra cold foam and she never serves my drinks correctly. Of course, I didn’t say anything ,due to feeling bad since they look busy, and rushing. But I did not pay extra just to get nothing. Never coming back here again.

I ordered a brownie,iced lemon loaf and 2 drinks i never got the brownie and one of the employees looked at me and didnt acknowledged me so I left without getting the brownie

I’m regular customer at Starbucks at location on main street in Green Bay Wisconsin. My cold brew that I ALWAYS GET, was full of foam, which the employee who handed me my coffee ,stated the foam would dissolve.. well it didn’t. I got my coffee around 9 am and now it’s 8:13 pm and still full of foam. So I spent almost $6 on foam. And I always put my cold brew in the fridge right away. So… I would like whoever runs that place to me explain that.

Got to the drive through with a 10+ car line... waited 30 minutes in line in 88 degree weather, finally got to the order screen at exactly 3:59 and they wouldn't take my order (just 1 drink) because they close at 4. Never going to this location again. Update: 3 years later they still are awful keep messing up drinks Update they are doing good now
