This has happen multiple times when I order with NO ICE but they always mess it up and when I come to the counter to ask if I can have it with no ICE that lady with long hair doesn’t sound like want to fix the issue and didn’t even apologized for their mistake, with little time I have I told her I’ll just take it like that and she just say “ok”….. even though I live close by and come here all the time if I needed coffee but after this experience and with that attitude, I will never coming back here again for a single SIP!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Went here before my reserved study time for Brown County Library. Ordered an oatmeal to go with 2% milk. Got to my appointment, sat down to eat and realized I was given un-cooked oatmeal. Brought it back, which I debated even doing and asked for it to be cooked. The younger lady working at the counter kind of laughed when I asked for it to be cooked. It then was cooked with water when I had asked for 2% and she even read it off the bag. Not only was this a huge inconvenience but it was a waste of my time and extremely unprofessional. I frequently go to Starbucks and it seems there is always a problem with my order at the Main Street location. I have worked in the service industry for over 6 years, so I can understand a mess up from time-to-time but his worker did not fix the solution or provide good customer service. Sadly, I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward. n

The girl had my coffee lid placed in a deliberate attempt to spill coffee on me when I drank from the lid. They are trained on how to place the lids securely and opposite the cup seam. Low-class behavior. And sad mentality. Corporate is investigating. Send this person to therapy.

When you order a drink on the app and put down light ice, one would think they would understand that means a cold drink. Not put some ice in my hot coffee. 9 dollars a drink the service is terrible. I'll just make my way to Bigby coffee from now on.

As a driver I choose my coffee shop based on where there's an open restroom. When the lobby is closed long before the store is, I have no reason to buy a coffee or leave a good review.
I realize that staff today does not want to be helpful, but if they like tips and extra sales, 2024 is a good year to realize the pandemic is over and customers need a good reason to choose this store over the next one.

I go to this Starbucks once a week and every single time the staff is SO rude and my order is wrong. I literally order an iced coffee and they always give it to me hot or just forget part of my order and they're never sorry about it! I will drive further away for better service!
