It’s not right that I spend my money for what I ordered, and don’t get what I order plus attitude!!!! The worst place ever!!!!
Service was very rude both times I went there, and they messed up my drink both times! The first time they made drink with no sugar. The young lady was so rude, I just went home and added my own sugar to it. This second was worse! I’m lactose intolerant, and instead of almond milk like I ordered on the app….they placed regular milk in it. After 20 minutes I was going to the rest room!

Horrible service!! Gets orders wrong even when ordering on mobile app. Added whip to coffee when I didn’t order that, and all they did was scoop it off the top. I am allergic to the whip that why I didn’t want it.

I am happy they're open as early as they are at this location. I wanted to stop here on the way back home from working all night. I like that they're open when most places are closed.
The service was great, and so was the dark roast coffee I usually get.
I am here on business, however. I found it odd that this is the first Starbucks that I have been to that doesn't have plugs for charging devices.
It's not that I needed to charge anything, but it would have been nice if they had the plugs, just in case.
I would like calmer music too--not that I am not against the music they did play, but I usually associate Starbucks with having a serene atmosphere. Not exactly serene here.
The fact that it's right off the highway might be an issues. Still, it's different than expected.

Only place you have to wait behind 12 Cars but they can't break a hundred, and was very rude about it, also making me late for work, already being late now I stopped up the road at the Starbucks across from the mall, they broke my hundred and didn't give me attitude for my small order, this place has gone downhill. Zero stars!!!

The girl who took the order in the drive thru was not friendly at all and messed up my order on top of it. She made it as “extra hot” when I wanted it cold..when I went back, she said it was my fault and literally just added milk to cool it down. She said they all heard that I ordered “extra hot”…I have never ordered a thing in my life that’s “extra hot” It tasted like warm milk and it was over $6. I’ll never go back to that location again. All the other locations have super sweet workers and I’ve never had any problems in the last 10+ years I’ve gone.

I when there for coffee ☕️ all the time asking work close by always get good coffee to day it seem like they have a coffee someone make a bad order and they re use it as I come in xor the same thing and she add hot water to it all I can taste was water down coffee ☕️
