Worst service ever. EVER.Who trained this crew?Came in for two cups of coffee. Just coffee. Usually the person at the register will pour the coffee orders so a person doesn’t have to wait for all of the specialty orders…but NO.Then received one cup.After asking, received the other, filled to the brim, lid askew, spilling when i reached for it.May seem like a small thing…but going to a coffee shop for a cup of coffee IS A SMALL THING. Shouldn’t have to wait and wait and wait while they stand around and watch complicated orders keep coming, wringing their hands.Disorganized, inefficient, squabbling group of employees. Do better.

Overall, experience wasn’t the worst I’ve had at a “fast food” facility before. I ordered on the app ahead of time for pick-up. The line went quickly and we were in and out in a flash. However, I will say that I was disappointed when I pulled my “chocolate croissant” out of the bag only to find a cheese danish. As well as the fact that both of the drinks I ordered were incorrect.

This is my usual Starbucks, I go everyday. Love the staff always so friendly. Antonia, love her!!! She and I get the same drink and she always makes my lattes beyond perfection!! Thank you all for the hard work everyday☺️

I came in for a drink today, normally at my local starbucks's it’s such a great environment they smile and they’re quick to attend although a wait time is okay because they typically are busy however at this location they were unfriendly, they had me waiting for about 4/5 minutes with not a single ill be with you in a moment or a smile. the person that actually helped me finally was kind, however overall this was not a good experience. in addition it took them 10 minutes to prepare it. the girl with the beanie on was extremely rude. my order was a wall in. the experience was so bad i had to review.

Is this even a Starbucks? Ordered a grande black English breakfast tea, they rung it up as such, received a tea latte. This is an order I make probably 4-5 times a week. Told them the drink wasn't right, all I wanted was 2 tea bags in a grande cup. She told me they can't make plain hot tea. Huuuuuuhhh? If you can't do that, I'm not even sure you rate as a Starbucks.

It’s a smaller Starbucks with minimal seating which is actually kind of nice. Wasn’t super busy and the staff was friendly!Parking: Not a lot of parking in front of the location.

I asked about the Pink Drink since I've only been to Starbucks a handful of times in my life. They gave me a small free trial of it, and it honestly was a lot better than I thought. I was having a genuinely terrible day before, but this interaction made my day so much better. Everyone here was so nice and friendly. Thank you guys so much.

Rude, lazy staff. After waiting a bit for a simple coffee, I simply asked for some of my coffee to be dumped out so that I add cream. I was told that I should have asked ahead of time for cream. Last time I checked, that was a the server’s job!! Also, in other Starbucks in other parts of the country, the cream and milk stations are back out so the public can help themselves.

April 6, 2023, about 345 pm.I came in, three employees all busy some other task... No drive-through customers no other customers in the lobby... They did not even acknowledge my presence... Turned around and left. Wow.
