I ordered a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and when I bit into it there was something super salty/sour that made me gag. I had to spit it out immediately and there is a burning feeling at the back of my throat now. I loved this location, but I don’t think I will be coming back now. Very concerning….

I went in to purchase two Starbucks sippy cups. I placed them on the counter and an employee walked over and stared at me. He did not address me, just stared, so I waited until he did. He then proceeded to tell me I could scan my own merchandise. I saw no sign that said self serve, so I said "what do you want me to do? Scan my own items? He then said, well I can if you want me to." I said, yes please. I paid, and then he said "ok". I had to ask for a bag as well. Worse customer service I have ever had at a Starbucks. Needless to say, I will never visit this location again. I do love the cups though!

The worst/slowest Starbucks in Green Bay.
There’s always something going on with the drive thru at this location. Must be a combination of horrible work ethic in today’s youth, incompetence, and poor hiring decisions. While three cars were in line, an employee named “Yanye” (or something close to that) decided that it would be a good idea to just strike up a five minute conversation with his friends in the car that pulled up to the window. Yanye even took the time to have his friends take pictures of him at the drive thru window. I hope the owner whips his management and staff into shape. This location has been *terrible* since the day it opened. I thought I’d give them another shot, but I’ll probably just end up going to a different coffee place from now on.

We visit this particular Starbucks less than others only due to its location to us. But everytime we enter the staff engages with you everytime. Even my family notices this and it makes the visit more enjoyable. Being a chain you know what you get with the food and drink. The staff make this Starbucks a destination

Ordered a venti white chocolate hot chocolate and before I even drank it I opened it and it was half full!! Unfortunately I was at work and couldn’t go back!! I don’t go there often but I know I won’t go to this location again!!
I always get an iced chai latte from starbucks and never have had any issues. I got one from this starbucks and it came out to me completely unmixed with the chai concentrate all at the bottom and the drink tasted like sour milk, barely tasted any chai. Couldn’t even drink it because again it tasted sour. Wont be going back to this starbucks.
