“Shawano Ave location -Great deal 2 ft longs any toppings for $10. Staff friendly and smiling. Great tasting subs! Sadly they no longer offer Roast beef...bye bye yummy old style subway club... New club has bacon instead and is fantastic tasting! Fresh cookies were such a treat without having to "bake" in the heat while baking.“

“Me and my fiance are regulars at this location because of their consistent phenomenal delivery, except for one or two visits with someone else but that is out of the 20-30 times we have been here. Braxton is one of the many great employees here who always goes out of his way to make our experience a great one.“

“It was a darkened gloomy day, and it was raining cats and dogs. By the time I made it to the door, I was soaked. Upon entering this random location, I observed multiple people waiting to be served. I heard a very kind of voice say. I apologize for the wait. I will be with you as soon as I can. This young lady was working by herself, trying to take care of multiple customers. The entire time, she had a smile on her face and was very kind to everybody. I would personally give her 2 thumbs up. She was one hundred percent completely awesome.“

“I would like to share my experience yesterday. There was a huge rush of people and there was only ONE employee. He was younger && he maintained his composure when most wouldn’t have been able to. He was kind even though he was overwhelmed. We were talking to him and making sure we understood the wait and that we’re all very patient (props to those in front of us who were also kind and patient to this young man). We were talking to him and it was only his FOURTH shift. I honestly felt terrible for him that management would put him in that position but I also know that the volume of people that came in may have not been anticipated for a Wednesday night too. There was another employee that came in for food and was able to jump in and help this young man. He was kind, caring polite and professional… well done to both of these young men!!“

“Staff is always pleasant and busy, dinning room and restrooms are clean. Food was fresh and delicious. This particular location also has a small flock of wild turkeys that hang out in front of the store periodically!

I was worried I was being too difficult, but she reassured me she’s here to help me & I was not being a problem. She made amazing sandwiches, as well.

“This location is an example of one of the best Subway restaurants I’ve been to and that is due to a top notch employee named Thi. She is always hustling, friendly, and positive. I can tell she takes pride in what she does. I can go to any Subway and get the same sandwich but I choose to come here for the positive attitude and outstanding service“

“I now have to come to the subway on Main Street instead of the one on Steffens Court by Festival Foods on the East Side of Green Bay because it went out of business.

I have to say the Subway in the Wal Mart is much better than the one on Steffens Court. The young man promptly made my sub exactly right with nice fresh bread, meat and vegetables. The sub was well made. On Steffens court, the sub had hardly any meat or vegetables on it and was really a chintzy sub for $14.00. The sub at this store was well done with good meat, and vegetables. The young man was polite and professional. I will be back.“

“I like it I am a college student and I order online my food is done on time for pickup lady there is very nice it takes less than a minute to pickup my food an in and out procedure 10/10

Parking: Quick place to go in and out close to the highway and right next to a gas station.“

“I enjoyed a tuna sub. The friendly staff offered to toast it. Afterwards I was offered a variety of fresh vegetables. They also have chips, cookies, and drinks. Ample parking.

Parking: Ample parking. On the order of two dozen stalls, angled intuitively. Two entrances to a well marked lot on the corner.“

“Ok apparently people don't understand how to be real adults so im gonna explain this. If you go in and ask questions, the employees explain that there is no store phone because people call and harass constantly when they did. Next is at night they don't have meatballs some nights because so many people come in and crowd lobby. It's the ONLY 24 hour subway so people have some leniency. The 3rd shift is exhausted. I've come in before and 1 person is doing the work of 2 or 3. But customers come first so alot of the time we can't expect 1 guy to make all the food, serve everyone and make everything they need to in the back. They aren't superman. I've walked in with a full lobby before and there was 1 man making easily 8 9 sandwiches at once. He was trying his best but he was alone and we need to understand that. It's not the employees fault for the little amount of help they have.“

“I would have given a 4 star because the wait was longer to get through the line but they made up for it with friendly service and great portions of food on the subs. We have been going to this one after too many screw ups at the Oneida street location.“

“This is a subway within a larger Shell gas station. Plenty of parking for RVs and trailers as well as reasonably priced lunch. Our order was taken and completed promptly and without error. What more can you ask for from a large chain like this buried within a gas station.“

In a world where every 'fast food' place lately is full of poorly cooked sub par food that we literally waited 30 min for recently (and then the order was wrong) this was a very welcomed experience!
