The whole issue with the bathroom should be addressed. It was really obvious that we were not homeless and and I needed to use the restroom while my son was going to start his order for his sandwich

Order off the app and thay called saying thay dint have the meatball for my sub so I told them to cancel the order we will go to a other store. Thay dint cancel we got charges full price. And now we can't call them to fix it. There phone don't work.

Food is good if only I could see a menu .why do I have to order just to see what's on the menu and then I can't even see what's included on the sandwich so I'm assuming chicken bacon is just chicken and bacon but what about other sandwiches like monster does this sandwich have monsters on it? Online menus are bogus.i can't rate the service or atmosphere because I couldn't order food after searching 45 minutes for a menu we decided to order someplace else

If I could give this place zero Stars, I most certainly would, without a doubt!!! On three different occasions, each one being a different time, I have tried ordering a meatball sub. EVERY single time I got told, " We don't have any meatballs." So then I try to order the closest sub to that which was a pizza sub. The response I received was, " we don't have any sauce.". ... Are you frickin kidding me???!! Like SERIOUSLY!!!!!????? How can you advertise subs your not even able to make???? I can understand if I came in 10-15 mins prior to the store closing but that's NOT the case!! Not one of the three times I went there was it past 8:00pm. I went as early as 5:30pm. That's dinner time!!! How can there be no meatballs left???? I WOULDNT recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!

I ordered 2 footlongs through the app, when i got there they said they were out of meatballs, and that the guy does not know how to make more, my God i paid 26 bucks with tip for two 12 dollar foot longs (after adding extras) I GOT A FRIGGING HAM AND CHEESE a 9 dollar sandwitch, WHERE Is MY CHANGE? I EVEN TIPPED ON THE FRIGGING APP, YOUR PURE EVIL AND RIPPOFFSThe churro is an inedible pile of uncooked chewey dough, I hope the store ownere go out of business so that property can home a good place to eat.

I went here around 3, Lady that was working was supposedly mopping. I was going to order but she said that she cant take my order cuz the floor is still wet and that she couldn't step on the floor where she mopped or else she would mess the floor up.. she said its going to be 10-15 mins which I said it was fine I can wait and she shrugged her shoulders constantly reminding me that its going to take a bit I just left smh poor customer service ..
