We have always enjoyed Subway. This morning as we were driving past this Subway we pulled into the parking lot when my wife suddenly became sick. Although it was before opening time the manager, Katie, came out to the car with some napkins and water for her. Her thoughtfulness and kindness were so much appreciated. Thank you, Katie!

I got sandwiches tonight about 50 minutes ago.

This location does not meet up to the customer service standards that I would expect from Subway. The food is not made with any care or typical Subway standards. Avacado is squirted on your sandwich from a tube and then not spread in anyway.
The foot long was cut nowhere near half and when we asked for specific veggies to be put on one side, they were only put on like 20% of the side we asked for them on. I can even keep on going. I won't even go into how my food tasted like dish/cleaning soap because that lets me know that they are at least cleaning thing, and at this point I don't want to push them away from even doing that.

I could not find one reason why I would ever come back to this location. The food was haphazardly prepared and the staff member wanted to be anyplace in the world besides there.

I don't need staff to bow down to me when I enter but maybe to have a simple smile for at least one second of the entire time that we are there or to welcome us when we walk in the door. I would expect for them to put together a sandwich that my family is actually eating for dinner tonight with some type of respect. They should treat each sandwich as if they were going to actually eat it themselves.

I strongly believe that if that staff member purchased something from me, and I handled it in the same way he made my food tonight, that he would be saying the exact same thing that I am, and I would expect him too.

I dare Subway to send a secret shopper in there to see for themselves. In the last 2 months you have only recieved 1 star reviews. Subway corporate that is on you.

Avoid this Subway location at all costs. My order was completely wrong, and when I brought it to their attention, I was given zero options to fix it—even though it was clearly their mistake. The staff was rude and dismissive, and the owner was no better. Absolutely terrible customer service from top to bottom. There are much better Subway locations out there—or better yet, go to Jersey Mike’s or another sub shop that actually values its customers. I won’t be returning.

I order pick up from Subway all the time and usually have no issues, but this time was incredibly disappointing. I received a completely burnt sub — the bread was rock hard and blackened. It’s frustrating to spend money on food and get something that should have never left the kitchen. Quality control was clearly not a priority this time. I expect better from a place I regularly support.

I love the people that work there they greet you really good. The food looks so fresh and it’s fast and you out of there. I wanna thank Subway in university

The woman behind the counter was exhausted! She had opened the store and I was in there late! She said she had a no call no show and did her best to a large order we had!! I know tines are hard but people are looking for work get rid of the bad get some better employees!

The prices have gone up while the quality of the food has declined dramatically. Subway was a good place to get a quick and reasonably priced meal. Now it is quickly getting to the point of inedible. Such a shame. I have quit going to Subway completely.
