Staff was snotty when talking to them owner or a manager came in. Had to stop making my food to talk to them about some direct deposit form while the owner our manager is telling them make the sandwich first and then proceeded to tell me I can’t get a meal with a bottle drink, even though every other location can do it with a small up charge…. Absolutely rude.

Never in my life have I seen such rude customer service in a subway like this the sandwich maker was rude n after we got out food another customer came in as she stood there for 5ish minutes the girl working is on the phone in the back she comes out says you good? Lady waiting says yes I’d like 2 subs n the girl says yeah gives her thumbs up n goes in the back again the food wasn’t worth our money either sad to see. We won’t be eating here again …

Cynthia served me, and this woman is WONDERFUL! She honestly deserves a raise, as she was working alone & serving customer after customer with a smile on her face!

I was worried I was being too difficult, but she reassured me she’s here to help me & I was not being a problem. She made amazing sandwiches, as well.

Got a sandwich with a bag of chips and a soda. The worker that made my food was kind and pleasant, and the food was fine but the veggies they had on their line didn't look super fresh. Most of the tables in the restaurant were dirty.

My wife and I stopped in to get dinner last night . The guy who took our order does have any concept of paying attention to detail . My wife gets her sub and we are almost at check out. I got the pizza sub and right when we get to the end , he then tells me he's all out of marina sauce, had the wrong cheese in it. This is something he could've told me at the beginning. There was a long line forming and I didn't want to inconvenience the people behind us so I just grabbed a soda. We went to sit down and had to walk around a huge puddle in the center of the floor. As we are I noticed the guy did not do a thing about it. No wet floor sign placed by it, he never came up to clean it so no one fell and busted the heads or worse. I tried reaching the manager and their phone does not work . This place needs a major over haul in staff and management big time !!

Was treated terribly ? was discriminated against. Worker was very rude, because I'm a skinny white girl. Racism is alive and well at this subway store!!!!
