No lettuce spinach and other items available to build a sub. Service was apologetic but how can you make a sub sandwich without vegetables? Apparently this has been a long standing issue. Jimmy John's is across the street. A grocery store is less than a mile away. Shame on the Regional manager!!!!

Vegetables are not fresh, I got barely any meat on my sub. And at the end I ended up paying more then expected because my coupon was expired about a week. Never again will I go to this location. I don't think they want repeat customers.

Ordered the new outlaw sub. Would be nice if there was actually meat on it!!! Mostly bread and veggies nothing like pictured. Husband got chicken bacon ranch. Same no meat. Pretty sad for 35$

Was told they don’t like the corporate coupons so don’t use them there.
Was just there. Employees don't have a clue. This store by far has the most incompetent employees & I'm positive the manager is just as useless. 3 years of utter disappointment. Never go to another subway again.

Ordered 4 sandwiches on the app for pick up. The plain ham sandwich was duplicated and the tuna sandwich was missing. I went back to retrieve the missing sandwich. I found a hair in it. I won’t be coming back to this subway.

I waited in line and then placed my order. I get to the checkout and hand him my coupon. He says to me, "did he tell you that the coupons may or may not work"? I said no. He went into a long story how corporate prints the coupons but they don't work this time. Ok, not his fault, he was polite about it, but they still should have honored the coupon. Then I get to the soda machine. Tried getting ice out and nothing. I asked if it was empty and he said yes, they apparently drained it to clean out or something. Nothing better than a warm Dr. Pepper. Staff was good, experience was horrible. Good thing Jersey Mikes is the same distance.

Used this location for catering multiple times. Shayna was fantastic to work with. Very happy with the service and food quality. Highly recommend reaching out directly for any larger catering needs.

Me and My Wife Went Here several times. This is the third time this has happened to us. We order our food get up to the check out. And pull out our coupon they scan it and say it’ doesn’t work. When the coupon is not expired nor are the sandwiches excluded for the meal. I feel like I’m being scammed I went there based on the coupon only for them to tell me after I order food I have to pay full price. Crappy way to do business

Lost $10+ here because they couldn’t make one simple sub I ordered online and wouldn’t refund my money.Went in to pick up an app order of a six inch meatball sub and they said all they had left in the whole store was 2 meatballs.Asked to cancel my order since they couldn’t fill it and it was already paid for, but said they can’t refund online orders and I should do it on the app, which is not an option on the app.Sent a message via the website to get a refund and the regional manager who responded just said “I appreciate your feedback and the time you took to share your point of view. I apologize your last visit did not meet your expectation. I have shared your feedback with my team to improve our customer service.”Avoid Green Bay Area Subways at all costs.

Stopped in for the first time w friends from out of town. The first person had 2 orders and before they even finished up her orders, me and another person were asked what kind of bread we wanted. Yes, we were all together, but it was a cluster to have all 3 of us up there trying to tell them what we all wanted. They forgot the spinach on mine and the turkey. They didn't heat up the meatball sub for another and forgot to ask the third if she wanted any sauce and had to unwrap it because the worker never asked if she was done ordering. We asked for pricing on additional items and they were guessing the costs instead of looking.. the bread was super dry like it was a few days old. They were so confused and had 2 people talking and putting stuff on all subs at one time. I basically just said...yep to whatever she asked me because we were all crammed up by the glass to see what was being put on our sandwich, but they couldn't get it straight with who had what. I won't be returning. We all ended up throwing the subs away after a few bites.. nothing in it was fresh... very disappointing... no one was behind us, no rush was needed like that.
