TERRIBLE!. Ordered online. Wasn't ready at the stated time. After 20 mins went in and they hadn't started the order. While waiting for ours the employee was starting new orders even though we were waiting for ours! When confronted the employee said " let me just take care of this order" being someone that just walked in. Priority given to people walking in? Then our order would never get done. Love the subs but this is my last subway visit.

Ordered two veggie patty subs for pick up. When I got home I discovered the order was incorrect - there were no veggie patties and they included jalapenos. I called the store to inquire about the mix up and was told I could "pick the jalapenos off and unless the order was majorly messed up there was nothing they would do." A truly baffling and disappointing interaction.

My husband and I stopped in tonight to try one of the new toasted sandwiches. They were very good and we also wanted to say how great the two young guys were behind the counter. Very friendly and they did a great job making our sandwiches. We will be back!

5/1/21 - what an awful experience. Ordered a Cheese steak. Warmed, not toasted. When I got home and opened it, It was completlly cold. It never was warmed. I called the store and there was no manager. The kid that made them said they cool off quickly. Are you kidding me? Then he said, since they put cold veggies next to the meat, that is why. Once again, are you kidding me? We are talking out of the cooler cold. I know the difference between room temperature and cooler temp. He finished th conversation up by saying .......There is nothing we can do about it. Find another Subway!
