I work right down the road from this subway, so it seems like a great option for lunch... But the last three times I went I wasted my entire 30 minute lunch breaks and didn't even get to talk to the employee because they only do online orders and ignore actual customers waiting in line..

First off i ordered it toasted it wasn't very little lettuce bread was doughy no green peppers ordered extra banana peppers counted 5 I also ordered light on the sauce and it was drowned in it. Took one bite of it I couldn't eat it I had to throw it out disgusting

Prices on touch screen menu do not match what you be charged at the pickup window. (You will be charged more than the order showed) I spoke to employee about this who shrugged and said they know, the touch screen is not updated. Ordered a salad on touch screen it showed total as $11.88 plus tax. When I got to drive through window I was charged $13.80 (13.08 plus .72 tax) I ordered a salad and they told me they were out of lettuce! Do better Subway!

Walked in front door and the girl behind the counter looked at us and loudly/obnoxiously sighed to make her irritation known. She was in the middle of making 2 subs for a truck in the drive thru. Proceeded to slam things around and after wrapping up his first sub tossed it the 2 feet to her right onto the counter by register. She continued to glare and sigh as she took mine and my brothers order. The lack of professionalism is prominent at this location. She’s also always wearing what looks to be pajamas when we go there. If you’re going to throw a tantrum about having to work indoors out of the elements while wearing your pajamas I think you need to look into a different career path.

Went and picked up my sub which was a buffalo chicken.... supposed to be toasted.... and they had the audacity to not even heat my damn chicken lay off the drugs next

I like it I am a college student and I order online my food is done on time for pickup lady there is very nice it takes less than a minute to pickup my food an in and out procedure 10/10
Parking: Quick place to go in and out close to the highway and right next to a gas station.
Attempted to place an order at the drive thru at 8:45pm and when I got to the window I was told that they were closed despite posted closing time being 9pm. The employee stated they stop serving at 8:45.

My girlfriend didn't want cheese on her sub, so I asked if I could have it, and was told "No, we can't do that." If you charge for extra cheese, you should take that price off if she doesn't want it, or give it to me. It was paid for, so what does it matter to the employee where it goes? And they want tips for that?!
