Seems to be very often that there is "no one" there. Waited at the drive thru for 10min at the speaker for no one to say a word. This isn't the first time as it has happened many times before. Would not recommend this location to anyone as the service is absolute trash

I decided to go inside because the drive through was at a stand still. I ordered a Gordita, a burrito and some beans. I waited 40 minutes. When I finally got my food it was stone cold.

Got some late night taco bell here. It was wet, don't know how else to describe it. Honestly, what else do you really expect from Taco Bell these days other than...wet food. It was fine. What else are you going to find open and hot after 1am in green Bay?

This place is insanely slow when they’re even open at all. I stopped here as a last resort on my way home from work today against my better judgement and sat forever at the drive through window. There were only two other cars in the drive through the whole time I was waiting and I didn’t see any customers inside. Just a joke.

Zero stars, kiosk took us 10 minutes to navigate, soda was warm out of the machine. Only person there is no help. Ordered dine in, got to go bags. Not cleaning up the mess I would have normally made in a tray. Avoid this place unless you like suffering and misery

I had an AWFUL experience at this Taco Bell? the nacho fries were cold, my nacho chips were stale, my tacos had no sour cream when I ordered supreme!!! But at least we got a cool cup!!???

They forgot my entire luxe box. Then when I went back to for it they gave me an attitude 5old me I had to bring ll the food back even though only my part of the order was messed gave me the wrong stuff in my new box and gave me food poisoning. The night shift is the worst possible crew.

Really wish I could give this location a zero, but that’s not an option. I have lived one block over and frequented this location for over a decade and can tell you this is a fast food place to now avoid. Service: terrible. As stated in other reviews orders are never correct, location is frequently closed at a moments noticed. I’ve come to pick up multiple mobile orders and have been told to cancel them upon arrival or just get no answer. Two days ago I was told in the drive through they were closed, I needed to cancel my online order, and to jump the curb and drive across the grass to exit the drive though as there were people in front of me. The employee was so rude I was shaking when I got home. Never again. Oh and if you complain they give you $10 off…….of what? I’m never coming back.
