This girl said I’ll be right there and then a man said something but it hitched out so I didn’t hear and I said can I talk or like can I order and NO BODY answer me. Then this girl said “You have to speak up lady” it was disrespectful maybe it’s the hot air but it was so disrespectful and it was so slow.

This is for the university location, you don't need to wait for the driver to show up to start an order, treat it as you would any other order, idk why I'm waiting 20mins after driving 10min to the restaurant, this location specifically needs to hear this.

I order cinnamon buns and nacho fries and cheesy roll with extra sauce packets and when I pulled up to the window they quickly gave me my drink and. They weren’t busy and the people working there was giggling and laughing and doing random thing and made me wait 20mins in drive through for my food and forgot to give it to me. And when I got my food. My cheesy rolls were cold and I got no sauce packets and I’m pregnant and I really love the sauce. And was sad. And the cinnamon buns were cold and the only thing hot were the nacho fries. But the staff were really rude

Seems to be very often that there is "no one" there. Waited at the drive thru for 10min at the speaker for no one to say a word. This isn't the first time as it has happened many times before. Would not recommend this location to anyone as the service is absolute trash
