Likely the best food I've had in green bay. Prices are what you'd expect for a locally sourced high end restaurant (20-40 an entree) the service was instantaneous for a Saturday night.

Our first time visit, it was quiet we were one of 5 tables and our waiter (the only one working) was amazing and attentive, he was excited for us to be there trying this farm to table restaurant everything was or is alacarte I started with a potato, leek, mushroom soup it was warming and tasteful, second course I ordered the lamb chops it's was very good done to perfection aside from the few pieces that more griddle then meat but it was equally good, my dining mate (mom) this was a step from her comfort zone but she tried the smoked whitefish with a spout salad very out of the box but good I tried a new winter drink of the hot chai with chai liquor NOW that was different with a kick well our desserts were not the best part of the meal but so different I tried the strawberry upside down cake and mom had the rhubarb apple tart well i will visit again to try some new menu items...the downside is the prices are quite high but food is great

Really enjoyed our meal at Tenet! I really appreciate the farm-to-table approach. As a proud and hearty Wisconsinite, I found it cool that all of the ingredients, beers, wines and alcohols are all sourced from Wisconsin.

Had a lovely dinner here. The atmosphere is actually very nice and the food is tremendous. Our party of three ordered very different items and we were universally more than pleased. In fact, we were delighted. We had both the beet and cauliflower salads to start and they were delicious. The potato leek soup was similarly tasty. And the entrees were also wonderful. We even got dessert which is uncommon for us. All in all it was one of the best meals we've had in Green Bay all year.

We just had lunch this noon at Tenet. It was wonderful. We would make the drive from Appleton any day. According to my husband and son the lamb pate was outstanding along with the presentation. We ordered the spicy beef sandwich, the lamb sandwich and a hamburger. We shared and all enjoyed all of them. The fries were out of this world. These were thick, which I typically don't like, but these changed my mind as the were more like potato skins. The beer selection was very good and also the old fashion list. We had an apple rhubarb tart that was to die for. It reminded my husband of the rhubarb sauce his grandmother used to make. As good as the food was, Joe and Rachael made the whole experience even that much better. Big fan of farm to table and even a bigger fan of the restaurant called Tenent. Can't wait to go back for dinner.

Wisconsin focused sourcing, local farms, spirits and beer also sourced locally. The menu was so intriguing that we had to try multiple dishes, we just couldn't make up our minds! The food was wonderful, very fresh, and the service was even better. Thomas was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, which was refreshing. Another must visit restaurant in the Green Bay area. Well done! We will be back again.

I loved my dinner at Tenet! My boyfriend and I recently moved to the area from out of state and while we've enjoyed other local restaurants, there's a strong emphasis on pub food here. Don't get me wrong, I love that kind of food, but I also like variety. Tenet was exactly what we were looking for! The food is pricey relative to what we've seen elsewhere in Green Bay but very reasonable compared to what we're used to on the west coast. And it's locally-sourced, organic, etc., which makes for great flavor! We had the burger with a duck egg (WOW), potato/leek soup (also wow), fried cauliflower salad (awesome), and stuffed mushrooms (very good but our least favorite of the bunch). The drinks were also good/reasonably priced and the service was great! I hope this place sticks around.

Only use quality ingredients in their dishes which you will appreciate! Delicious flavors that I can't wait to try again. If you appreciate good food with a clean atmosphere and friendly staff that know their menu very well, try it! more upscale than your sports bar type restaurant

Amazing food and amazing concept! I'll always support a farm to table restaurant, and this one delivers on both authenticity in its values AND taste! Our service was great as well. Visiting from New York it can sometimes be hard to find some healthier options, so I'm glad I can make Tenet s a go-to place when I visit home. Highly recommend the Burrata dish, make sure you share as the portions are definitely designed for family-style sharing.

After hearing rave reviews, finally visited for the first time on Friday night and was treated to one of the best meals I've had in Green Bay. Tenet is a farm-to-table restaurant with a shared-plate concept. Main dishes, vegetables and sides are all ordered as separate plates and then shared at the table. Similar to many restaurants in Chicago, Milwaukee and MSP. Order a bunch of plates for the table and dive in! The first page of the menu is made up of starters, vegetables, grains and pasta dishes which can be ordered as a single or double order. Our server explained that a single order is meant for two to share, while a double order feeds four. The next page of the menu is meat dishes. We did single orders and thought they were generous compared to similar shared-plate (small-plate) restaurants we've experienced in other cities. Our group of four ordered five plates plus bread, which was plenty for us. We would skip the bread next time to make room for other dishes. The highlights were the slow-roasted pork shoulder with pinto beans and the spicy sweet and sour fried green beans. Smoked lake trout and jerked beef shank were also great. Ricotta gnocchi were just fine. Great concept, creative menu and friendly service! Looking forward to coming back and trying the rest of the menu.

Introduced to this place by their food truck and I finally got the chance to check out their restaurant. Friendly staff, great space and wonderful food. Clean plate club. My husband won't shut up about their tallow fries. Check it out and support this place!

Extremely disappointing restaurant. And empty on a Friday night should have told us to turn around and leave. Great soup and bread, and then downhill fast. A tasteless old fashioned, had to send back to triple down on the bitters for flavor. Could not chew through the lamb chop (only 4 bites in $30 plus entree). After speaking with the manager, and accused of not complaining early enough, and eating the food, although all 4 bites were attempted to be eaten but spit out on the bread plate, the manager agreed to refund the meal. If management did not argue with customers we might have returned for soup again and maybe tried something else, but there are many other finer dining choices in Green Bay.

Ok Green Bay! Arent we all lucky to have Chef Joe back in town! This was one of if not the best dinner we've had in town. The flavor profiles of this actual farm to table restaurant rivals anything I've experienced in Milwaukee, Chicago or Madison. This is a must try. Don't skip it! Excellent!!!

Unique, in the finest sense of the word. All locally sourced food, beer, wine and liquor, beautifully presented by well trained, knowledgeable staff. This restaurant is a gem.

The food was good but too spicey (hot) for me. I was there with 5 others & everyone really enjoyed their food. I couldn't eat mine. I'm not a foodie & had a hard time understanding what all the different ingredients are. Wait staff was very friendly & efficient.
