I ordered a cake for my children’s baptism and it did not go as planned. I went to pick up the cake and was informed the images I sent with the initial email would not open, yet no one reached out to me. They “went off memory” of what I showed them when I initially went in to order. I also requested my children’s names be written on the cake and upon pickup, nothing was written on the cake at all. I was informed at pickup they had “leftover frosting if I wanted them to write something on it.” I stood there staring at the atrocious cake and realized adding my children’s names wouldn’t make the cake look any better. I felt as though this cake was completed last minute and just thrown together. I was truly disappointed with the outcome, but agreed to take it at pickup as I only had 2 hours prior to needing the cake for the celebration. Attached is what I originally showed the owner that she “went off of in her memory” and what the cake looked like upon pickup. While I did request more color and a rosary and cross versus the bear and blocks, this was not at all what I had envisioned. My husband and I scraped the frosting off and redid it ourselves with a much more esthetically pleasing cake!

This is the WORST bakery. I ordered a simple cake for a baptism and gave her the picture and design I wanted on the cake and when I picked up the cake, It was absolutely not what I asked for. The lady said "sorry I lost the picture you gave me so I just went by memory" My 3 year old who was being baptized could've done a much better job... It was So bad that we ended up scraping all other frosting off and put store bought frosting and sprinkles and made a much better looking cake. If your going to change the design completely, you should at least let the customer know before the day of pickup. I would have your pet bake a cake for you before I would recommend this place.

I purchased a half sheet cake for my parent's 65th anniversary. It was beautifully decorated and ready on time. Everyone enjoyed it and said it was excellent.

I ordered the tiramisu cake and it was delicious. The frosting was real butter cream and the cake was moist. I would recommend this bakery for all cakes.

Apple-rhubarb bar tasted amazing! Also got a slice of cherry cake and lemon macaron cake each to bring home and my mother and I loved them! I’ll be heading back often since it’s close to home and great quality.

The service was good, had a croissant and was amazing. Bought a chocolate cake with buttercream for my grandsons birthday ?. Was TERRIBLE!! None of thw kids would take more than 1 bite. Some spit it out. The buttercream tasted like Shortening, thw cake was dense, not sweet at all, no flavor. Threw the whole cake out. First time in my life I didn't want to eat cake. ( maybe that's a good thing?) Bought a cake from Uncle Mikes the next day. Epic fail. ?

Chef Liz helped make my parents' 70th anniversary extra special by making Croquembouche, which had been their wedding cake in Casablanca in 1953. She delivered the cake and some dessert bars on time and on a Sunday...much appreciated!

Small, homey, bakery that the moment you walk in the door it's like you've walked into a warm blanket.

My first visit to this bakery where I bought two, fresh out of the oven, bourbon-toffee-chocolate chip cookies. Delicious, home baked cookies at a very fair price!

Stopped in today after hearing several good reviews.,. and wow... when I first walked in the smell of baked goods was incredible. Owner was so sweet and accommodating (as I was looking for some GF options for my daughter). I placed an order and took some treats to go. WOW, the shortbread Carmel thumbprint cookie with chocolate drizzle... SO good!

This place is WONDERFUL! EVERYTHING is made from SCRATCH just like Grandma used to!!! No more of the chemical ingredients and machine made products like ALL the grocery stores get in frozen and bake off! AND not so sugary sweet!!

Because we had numerous family members coming over two days during Thanksgiving, we purchased 5 pies: pumpkin, french silk, bourbon pecan, pomegranate cranberry, and lemon merengue. We added 2 full-sized quiches for breakfasts. Everybody was thrilled to choose their favorite pie or try something new: a total hit. The quiches stayed moist & flavorful over the two days, with some eaten warmed up, and some snacking right from the refrigerator! I was happy how well the pies and crusts held up as well. Excellent.

I wanted to love this little local bakery , but the 3 things I bought were just meh.A lemon cookie had a nice texture, but no real lemon flavor.A cherry pastry pocket had pastry that wasn’t especially flaky and was rather flavorless. The cherry filling was skimpy and not anything special. The mini pumpkin pie (it was a test pie to see if I wanted to order Thanksgiving pies or not) had a decent filling, but an absolutely terrible crust. It was tough and flavorless. A complete disappointment.I might try other cookies in the future, but definitely not the pies. The one positive was the service rendered was friendly and efficient.
