This place is WONDERFUL. I am a big guy and can eat quite a lot. The portions were HUGE, I couldn't finish my breakfast. I had the stuffed hashbrowns. I highly recommend this place. I can see why they are voted #1 year after year. I will be back.

Food was good, I got the stuffed French toast half with strawberries and half blueberries. The blueberries were way more better. The sever though was kinda rude and didn't come around very much. This was probably about my 5th time going to the Panacake Place. The food was always good.Parking: In the morning hours more toward lunch time it was pretty busy and there was about a 29 minute wait to be seated so be prepared to have a little wait when they're busy.Kid-friendliness: It's kid-friendliness.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a first floor but there is a door or two to get in there though.

I do not only go for the food, which never disappoints, I also go for the wait staff! The wait staff is always a treat! They remember you even after only one visit. It is like they welcome you into their home every time you are there!On our visit today, they were short wait staff, but it did not disrupt their Great service or Awesome food! Linda is a HUGE bonus to the whole place!! It is such a good feeling to be welcomed back, even after a year! We try to sit in Linda's (Sassy) section! Her sense of humor is perfect for us!!

Visiting from out of town and we ate at Pancake Place based on the great reviews. We were all very disappointed. Pancakes were overcooked, steak (steak and eggs) was inedible, and omelette was okay but a bit over the top. We tried to figure out why the disconnect between the ratings and our experience. We concluded the difference is how you value food; volume or quality. If you value a lot of food with low quality then this is the place for you. If you value quality over quantity then this is not the place for you.

Our waitress was extremely rude. We had 2 minutes to look at the menu before waitress came back and said I need your order I have people in the waiting area. When we asked for her to repeat the types of toast there was she made a groan rolled her eyes and while saying them moving her head and very cocky. She's an older waitress I believe her name is Sherry. Terrible service!! Food was great though! Just need a new waitress

Service was very good. Great server. The food was not what I hoped for. The cod sandwich looked like two fish sticks . Not even a normal filet. The biscuits and gravy had cheese on top which is really weird. Not that good, either. The pancakes looked good that others had.
