Absolutely terrible, even had the owner himself come up to me begging me to buy a drink and literally verbally talking shit to me

Today I arrived here at the “Crown & Common” which is located in Green Bay, Wisconsin and was greeted by a very courteous & helpful employee (her name is Kara). Good experience. See three photos attached along with the other photos.
Parking: They have a nice sized parking lot that’s especially nice because it’s FREE.

Really raucous atmosphere for a weeknight, out of beer they said they had online.
Had a really good time escaping the rain. Food was so delicious. Had pizza, fried pickles, and cheese curds. Outstanding. Shout out to our wonderful bartender, Kristen B (no, not me either). For those with the old fashioned passport...they are in the book.

It was my first time at this place, and I went there to meet my sister and her friends for her birthday tonight. As I entered the front door, I saw a nice gentleman and smiled at him before continuing to look for my sister. After taking a few steps, I suddenly heard a loud and abrupt “HEY!” I turned around and saw a large man in the corner asking for my ID.
Firstly, I’m hard of hearing, and secondly, I’m a jumpy person, so I was startled. I turned around and pulled my ID out of my wallet. Without even looking at it, he told me that I need to go and to leave my attitude at home next time.
I have NEVER been treated this way.

I've only experienced the Parlor side of the establishment. But this is a great and underrated place. Their cocktail menu is fantastic and the cocktails themselves are sublime. The food menu has great options with something for everyone and the quality of the food is great. Multiple bartenders have been great, with the selection of liquors and their knowledge they should be able to make you some pretty good drinks off menu too. While not listed on the menu, the bartenders I've had were more than happy to accommodate requests for mocktails. Definitely do not sleep on the Parlor if you enjoy a good cocktail and food.

We got food to go yesterday and they knocked it out of the park. The pizza, cheese curds and garlic knots were all absolutely, freaking amazing. Anddd the service!!!! The bartender who took our order, was attentive, kind, friendly, and professional. I have not had service like that in years. Blown away by both the food and the service. One of Green Bay’s most underrated establishments!
Stopped for a mid day lunch. Bartender and staff were the most pleasant crew I've ever experienced in a pub. Hand-made old fashioned cocktails were spot on. Ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza based on bartender recommendation. Could not have been more pleased. It was absolutely delicious. Back bar is a craft cocktail joint while front bar is a typical bar. Plenty of outdoor seating during nice weather. Lots of parking available.

I went to stop by crown for a drink as I sometimes do. I love most of the bartenders but every time I go there is always this one with an awful attitude. For example, I had once asked Karlee to turn on the fire pit outside and she storms out there with out saying a word to us. I thanked her and she still didn’t say a single word to us. Not even a you’re welcome? Another example I have is last night I went to stop by with another friend of mine, before entering we noticed the security guard was dealing with a situation. I know they are supposed to check IDS but it was cold and he was clearly handling a situation with another customer. So we proceeded to run inside because again it was very cold outside and we didn’t have jackets. So we walk in the main entrance and the first thing Karlee says very rudely was “ I need to see your IDS” so I go to shower her mine and she rudely goes “ you need to show him and you guys already seem pretty drunk”. When the security was clearly busy. She basically was screaming it for the whole bar to hear which was not only embarrassing but I felt unfair. I do understand it’s there decision on serving me but to not serve me because you thought we were too drunk but we didn’t do anything and haven’t even said a word to her and because of the way we walked in we were “ too drunk” when really it was cold and the security guard was busy. She wouldn’t serve us before we had even said a word to her. Weren’t even in there for 30 seconds before she decided with out even talking to us or anything. Just because the way we walked in seemed weird somehow? Even security was confused and she said “ if you saw what I just saw outside” like what? We were running inside because it was cold. And from what I hear, many people have had issues with the same bartender.

I had company from out of town visiting. Crown & Common is always on their list of "spots to stop at". Pexie, our bartender, made our visit so much fun (and the martinis were delicious)! A+ again, C&C, you never disappoint!!!
