Here in Dunbar we are thrilled with the BBQ and food. Overall the food is by far better than anything else in the area. With ATV/UTV friendly options such as a wash station and air compressor planned along with a cc fuel pump the business is going to thrive. We had Thermal cater our wedding yesterday and we could not have been happier with the outcome! The food was delicious and their service was excellent. We chose the pulled pork, brisket, chicken, potato salad, macaroni and baked beans! We got nothing but compliments from our guests all night about how great the food was! We will totally be using them again for future events! Communicating with them was extremely easy and they made our day go so smooth from set up to take down! Highly recommend them and can’t wait to pop up at all of their future events to support them!

Tried the BBQ Chicken and oh my god. The chicken was cooked to perfection but what really steals the show is the sauce! It's just perfect! It's got the perfect amount of kick to it that just adds an amazing flavor to the already amazing sauce. Seriously people, you are missing out.

I think my favorite is their pulled chicken sandwich, but the loaded brisket potato comes in at a close second. DON'T miss out on these guys. Track them down next summer and grab that grub!
