Closest Wingstop to me is Green Bay so I decided to make the 45 minute drive there. Arrived at around 11:00, they close at midnight. My friend and I walked in fully prepared to order and be greeted by friendly staff, got the complete opposite. We were told to just wait a minute so we took a few extra minutes to check out the menu and solidify our choice. Once we received any assistance we were barked at by a rude employee asking if we had a pickup order, which we did not. They told us they weren't taking anymore orders tonight, automatic let down. There was no notice that they didn't take in store or online orders past a certain time whatsoever. I am just appalled. Automatic 1 star, would give it 0 stars if it was an option. Never returning.

Well I came into Wingstop to place a food order for my husband and it didn't go so well. The lady at the front working asked if I had a mobile order I said no, I was coming in to place a order! This is where I get angry and think anyone craving wings should go somewhere else. Wingstop doesn't clearly want customers because when I said I was placing a order and I didn't have a mobile order she said can you place a mobile order I said No, I had no money on a credit card right now and only cash I would leave and she said ok! Nowhere did it say on the door you must place a mobile order or we don't clearly want your business! Wow, who tells customers they don't want business. Mobile orders are lazy orders except for the cook cooking the food I know I work in fast food and this Wingstop lacks in customer service and is clearly way to lazy and don't care about having customers ordering from this Wingstop. So if you want wings stay clear away from Wingstop Buffalo Wild Wings is up the road. Also if you have cash and want Wingstop don't waste your time this restaurant doesn't want the business because restaurants that want customers don't turn a paying customer away because you have to take my order and I am not doing the work online. This owner should be embarrassed to hire employees that are turning customers away angry and annoyed without our food. I am assuming what the lady up front gets paid for taking orders not just pulling bup mobile orders. Avoid avoid avoid. Or fire the lady who sends customers away. I am seriously annoyed and so angry that this day in age a restaurant would send any paying customer away! Avoid!

They made us do an online order instead of taking the order.... Mind you online order prices are higher than in store. The workers were lazy and didn't show that they cared at all and made us wait while the dragged their feet. I'm not this harsh I swear!!! But they literally were dragging there feet and being slow because we asked to not order online. Dude pushed trash down with bare hands into the trash and instead of washing his hands used hand sanitizer then proceeded to touch/cook food. Tables, chairs and floors were dirty... (mind you the place was not busy! We were the ONLY ones) probably the worst experience at a Wingstop I've ever had.

Yes I was visiting my sister from Wisconsin. My chicken was delicious and hot . I'll diffidently go back

First off, the fries are addicting. They are slightly sweet so a warning for those who don't like that flavor. My favorite sauce is the Korean Q, spicy and yummy. Of course, these aren't the best wings I've had, but they certainly do when I need some wings and yummy fries.
The Absolute Slowest Service I have ever received while in Green Bay. Once I finally got my food the wings were good. Waited atleast 45 mins for a place that is suppose to be Sit down quality with a fast food waiting time. Completely ridiculous! And the guy taking the orders had the nerve to have an attitude which made the wait even worse. Oh, I'm addition to the fact he forgot I had ordered fries and left them out of the order. Just a horrible experience. And I was with my lady which made her first experience of wingstop one to remember. Lol

If you want to wait an egregiously long amount of time for some broke teenagers with no work ethic to make you some decent wings? This is absolutely the place to go. If you want a good experience however I'd try legend Larry's or possibly even a grocery store. No matter where you go you can't be making the wrong choice as long as you're choosing not to go to wingstop
