I recently visited this establishment to place a takeout order and was met with a frustrating experience. Upon entering, I was informed that I would need to wait over 45 minutes to even place my order, as two groups that came in after me were prioritized. The service crew was not only unprofessional but also seemed indifferent to the situation, which left a sour impression.

Their inability to manage time effectively is a significant concern. If you're looking for a meal, I would recommend seeking alternatives to avoid lengthy wait times and a lack of consideration for customers.

Our chef was great! We drive past all the time and finally stopped for dinner. Food and the service were great.

For $30 hibachi, the amount of meat was not worth it. A majority of the meal was just a bunch of vegetables with one small piece of meat. Out cook was entertaining though.

My boyfriend and I went for dinner at Timsan’s later in the evening on a Wednesday. We ended up at a hibachi table to ourselves and it was super fun, great conversation with the chef, and food was amazing as always. We got the Timsan’s Special for Two and it was excellent! I definitely recommend Timsan’s if you’re in the Green Bay area and looking for a delicious hibachi meal and fun experience!

This was me and my husbands first time and brought my sister with me. The people at the table with us were really nice and all of us had some stuff to celebrate for the night. My husband and I will definitely be back. It was an awesome experience.

So my boyfriend took me here for my birthday, and it was phenomenal it was the first time that we were seated with people we didn't even know. The food was phenomenal the chef was phenomenal, and the company was definitely phenomenal as well! Honestly if you're looking just to go with you and your partner or you and your friend, you will definitely have a lot of fun especially if you get to meet people you don't know that's always an exciting thing! This entire experience makes me want to come back, my boyfriend definitely enjoyed it as well!
