The bartender Meghan is very spacey. Can’t remember anyone’s orders and always is on smoke breaks…. Very unprofessional. I don’t think the service industry is for her.

Not sure why this place got a 3.3 Stars for being a hotel bar and restaurant it was pretty dang good!

We ordered the Cheese Curds and the Urban Chowder.

Watch out the chowder is a bit spicy!

Biscuits and gravy was amazing! And the 80 sauce was great!

Takes the cake for the worst spot in Green Bay. Dinner was served cold

Uhm. It’s just okay. The thing that got me was I ordered an old fashioned and they made it a double without telling me or asking. Paying $30 for an old fashioned in Green Bay or anywhere is ridiculous! Especially when they just sneak it on you! Not happy at all. I did confront the waiter on this, his reply was well all our old fashioned are doubles. Then announce that and say the price accordingly!
There isn’t much for menu selection and nothing looks even close to what is in the pictures. I felt my chicken wasn’t fully cooked, but the waiter didn’t want to hear that. Took it home to finish cooking it. Overall, it was an experience, but more than likely I won’t be back. Mostly because of the surprise charges! Nothing makes me more upset than people spending my money without telling me.
Menu print was so small we could barely see the few items we had to choose between.

Ate dinner here two days, better than average hotel restaurant food. Prices were reasonable

I recently stayed at the Ramada. Urban 80 was the attached bar next door, and had the pleasure of being served by Rachel at the bar. She made my time there truly enjoyable with her dedication and enthusiasm.

Rachel was attentive and eager to ensure I had a great experience. She took the time to chat about my drink preferences and made thoughtful recommendations. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile turned an ordinary evening into a memorable one.

Rachel's effort and passion for her job were undeniable. If you find yourself at the Urban 80 , be sure to stop by the bar and enjoy a drink made by Rachel – her friendly service will enhance your stay.

$3 for a soda, then a refill, only to find out (only when the bill is delivered) that I get charged for 2 sodas. 😨

This restaurant is out of this world. Every single item on the menu is absolutely fantastic. Such a simple menu, with complex flavors and incredible taste! We came here for dinner before a concert, and sat at the bar. The bartenders were so friendly and welcoming and the drinks were great. We ate at the bar, and tried the garlic mussels, sweet chili wings, and pork belly bites. Each item was delicious and did not disappoint. The presentation itself was mouth watering. We had the Cajun pasta and the Lamb shank. Both were wonderful. I cannot rave about this place enough! :) This place should be packed with a line out the door. We have gone back a third time, and will be visiting again soon. Thank you Urban 80 for a great atmosphere and delicious food. The foodie in me is so satisfied!

Limited menu now so don't look at online menu as you will be disappointed. I did have the Cajun chicken pasta and I will give that a good rating.

Check in was nice but there was no acknowledgement that I was a loyal member. The room feels like a Ramada Inn. The hotel layout is odd. The hallways are long and spooky. The restaurant/pub is attractive but the lights are super bright. The restaurant food is barely a 3 of 5. The staff from the front desk to the bartender are very nice -Marriott trained. There is almost no food or snacks for guests. When I mentioned to the front desk that I was frustrated that there were no crackers, chips or anything they shared that there was a weird secret snack room upstairs but that it may be empty. ??? No one mentioned this secret room when I checked in but I remembered there was an odd room in a Delta in Nebraska. Just a weird layout and service model. Not a fan. Is the secret snack room a Ramada or Delta thing? I liked the Cobblestone Inn better and I’m a Marriott person. I will try to find another option i’m the future.

We went on our honeymoon and we had phenomenal service. They reopened the kitchen when they were starting to close, were very warm and welcoming, and gave us a slice of cake as a congratulations to us. They made us feel right at home and the food was amazing. And the atmosphere was outstanding, one guest also bought our meal to wish us well. 10/10 will suggest others to go.

I was supposed to stay 3 nights but left after 1 because my room had maintenance & cleanliness issues. I am a lifetime Platinum member with Marriott. I checked in on my Marriott app in advance of my stay and requested an early check in. Upon arrival, they did not accommodate the request. I went to work for a few hours and when I returned, my room was available for check in. There is a lounge on the 5th floor with complimentary snacks and drinks. The fresh baked chocolate chunk cookies were amazing. I didn’t try anything else but noticed they had Cliff Bars, other baked goods, instant oatmeal, etc. My only suggestion for the manager is that the trays of baked goods were left uncovered which is not sanitary. The cookie I had was in a sealed paper bag but everything else was left uncovered where someone could cough on it or be exposed to flies. My room looked clean at first glance but upon further inspection, it needed better cleaning with a very dirty window track and behind the door. One positive is that the window actually can be opened and it has a screen. Very nice feature that you typically do not see in hotels anymore. The lobby was nice, the hotel is very quiet and in a good area. One other negative is the very small elevator! Overall, I would not stay here again when working in the area.
