Looking for a local place to eat and saw Urban 80 had good reviews. Surprised it was in a hotel, but it was a nice surprise. Atmosphere was good, food was good. Unfortunately there was only one server - he worked hard, but despite his efforts, service was slow.

Loved the place. Food was amazing. Pork bites were amazing along with the lamp chops. Must try!

I had a fantastic experience at Delta House Greenbay Urban 80. From the moment I arrived, the customer service, particularly Nkau warm welcome, set a positive tone. The room's accessibility to the lobby was convenient, making my stay hassle-free.Feeling famished from my travels, I headed to the Urban 80 Kitchen and Bar. Their chili soup, with pasta, fresh onion, sour cream, and oyster crackers, was a delightful surprise. I wasn't accustomed to pasta in chili, but it worked wonderfully. The Garlic butter sautéed mussels with garlic bread were another highlight - a delightful combination. To accompany my meal, I tried the pineapple bourbon mule, which was a delicious choice. It's a shame I only had one night here; I'm already looking forward to returning. This Delta by Marriott property exceeded my expectations.

Check in was nice but there was no acknowledgement that I was a loyal member. The room feels like a Ramada Inn. The hotel layout is odd. The hallways are long and spooky. The restaurant/pub is attractive but the lights are super bright. The restaurant food is barely a 3 of 5. The staff from the front desk to the bartender are very nice -Marriott trained. There is almost no food or snacks for guests. When I mentioned to the front desk that I was frustrated that there were no crackers, chips or anything they shared that there was a weird secret snack room upstairs but that it may be empty. ??? No one mentioned this secret room when I checked in but I remembered there was an odd room in a Delta in Nebraska. Just a weird layout and service model. Not a fan. Is the secret snack room a Ramada or Delta thing? I liked the Cobblestone Inn better and I’m a Marriott person. I will try to find another option i’m the future.

We went on our honeymoon and we had phenomenal service. They reopened the kitchen when they were starting to close, were very warm and welcoming, and gave us a slice of cake as a congratulations to us. They made us feel right at home and the food was amazing. And the atmosphere was outstanding, one guest also bought our meal to wish us well. 10/10 will suggest others to go.

I was supposed to stay 3 nights but left after 1 because my room had maintenance & cleanliness issues. I am a lifetime Platinum member with Marriott. I checked in on my Marriott app in advance of my stay and requested an early check in. Upon arrival, they did not accommodate the request. I went to work for a few hours and when I returned, my room was available for check in. There is a lounge on the 5th floor with complimentary snacks and drinks. The fresh baked chocolate chunk cookies were amazing. I didn’t try anything else but noticed they had Cliff Bars, other baked goods, instant oatmeal, etc. My only suggestion for the manager is that the trays of baked goods were left uncovered which is not sanitary. The cookie I had was in a sealed paper bag but everything else was left uncovered where someone could cough on it or be exposed to flies. My room looked clean at first glance but upon further inspection, it needed better cleaning with a very dirty window track and behind the door. One positive is that the window actually can be opened and it has a screen. Very nice feature that you typically do not see in hotels anymore. The lobby was nice, the hotel is very quiet and in a good area. One other negative is the very small elevator! Overall, I would not stay here again when working in the area.

Great location just off I-41, with everything within walking distance. Quiet room, all the in-room amenities, clean and very pleasant. Staff was very welcoming when we checked in/out, especially Minnesha (sp?) at the front desk. Excellent on-site restaurant -- Urban 80 Kitchen + Bar; really good food and reasonable prices.

Very nice and friendly hotel. Small waterpark with slide that kept 3 kids between 6 & 9 busy for hours.. I mean hours. Nice size pool in addition to the slide and a splash pad for little ones as well. Really, for the price we could not have done better. We had a 2 queen room which was plenty for 4 of us. Comfy bed and good black-out curtains.. thank goodness as the sun was coming up by 5:30 AM. Front desk was extremely courteous and helpful. So why not 5 star?? The Restaurant... You have a small waterpark for younger kids, yet no kids menu. They even have cute kids cups for beverage, yet no kids menu. How about a poolside menu? Nope, didn't have that either. Room service menu? Not that I saw. To their credit, I was able to order 2 adult breakfast to share amongst 3 kids however... well you get the point. I like the hotel and will come back again... I'll just prepare a little better with Cereal, Muffins and fruit in the room for the kids breakfast

My family loves staying here. The pool area is very large with two pools plus a pretty big water slide. As a Marriott Platinum member we get access to the snack room which is stocked really well with snacks, soda, and some good breakfast sandwiches that you can heat in the microwave. We got upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite which was nice and spacious for our family. The building itself is very old, dating to the 1970s as a Ramada Inn. Marriott did a great job of completely renovating it and making it a Delta Hotel. Jack at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

This was the 2nd year my daughter & I took an extended weekend trip for 2-nights at this location. Checkin was great, they upgraded us to a pool side room which elated my daughter and we moved in our luggage to then spend the afternoon sight-seeing & shopping. Breakfast in the attached restaurant was reccommended so we partook Saturday morning; to say the least it was inedible! Plus the $30 tab for food that was consistent with continental breakfast at any other hotel was extremely disappointing. Eggs were undercooked & runny, toast was stale after having no cover, frozen french toast sticks were dry & hard, pototoes were dried out/cold. On our way out (about 10 AM) Saturday morning, I also asked for room service due to some garbage and wet towels. We returned after 3 PM after spending the day at a local amusement park and our room had not been attended too. I asked again at the front desk and the attendant said he'd get the trash. Well he made a mess after spilling some of the garbage and we now had crumbs being tracked the entire length of our room. My daughter loves the pool & the slide was a great option. Saturday afternoon & evening were spent in two chunks of time at the pool. No lifeguard on duty and it was often left a mess by other travelers; no consistent cleaning or checking in by hotel staff. In over 5 hours in the pool, I never once saw an employee come through. I was disappointed in the other younger (high school aged) guests that were swimming as two of the young girls wore inappropriate attire and when they went down the slide, their swimsuit tops slipped and were now exposing themselves to the other children & adults swimming. All in all, it was a very disppointing trip . . . we were so excited to have a relaxing weekend away and it was not. I unfortneatley would not reccommend this hotel for future stays. We'll be looking elsewhere for our next get-away. Hotel is also showing it's age in the rooms; our room was shabby with peeling wallpaper, rusty shower curtain & rings, beds were terrible, and the carpet was worn and due to it being a pool side room, smelled musty and moldy.

We were there for two nights this past weekend - the hotel was very busy! In spite of that everything was immaculate and in order. The grandkids loved the pool area; we had fun in the bar chatting with the bartender and the desk clerks were friendly, helpful and great. The breakfast buffet was excellent and overall we were nothing but impressed with this property. We will definitely stay there again!

Says they have take out but they don't. Food was horrible. Very small portions. I could have made a better breakfast myself.

A cheap hotel restaurant, staff was nice but only one server for the entire place. My omelet was mostly egg with everything glopped in the center.
