The hotel was well kept and clean, I didn't see anything that would scare a kid so that is all that matters right. 😂 But in all honesty the hotel in a whole would be one I recommend to anyone else who is in need of a hotel stay. Not always pretty but warm and safe.

The rooms were fine when we got there. Everything seemed in order. The man at the front seemed fine, just very short and not very friendly. But whatever, I wasn’t going to judge. We spent the night and when we woke up I was covered in red marks. I had gotten bed bugs!!! I decided to wait in case it wasn’t actually bed bugs, but I was the only one in my party that got them. Needless to say I’m not going to complain until we leave but I’m going to write this review so people understand to be careful. And for the staff to clean the beds better. It happens to almost everyone but this shouldn’t have happened at all.

I'm making this review because it has a lot of negative ones and I want to let you know that even though the outside could use some updating, the room we have is great! Spacious, has a kitchenette, nice TV, bathroom with tub and shower, etc .. Clean and beds are nicely made. Adding pictures.

Tired, not very clean. Wifi very poor, only had coverage in a corner in the bathroom. Not particularly pleasant staff during check-in.

It's okay. It's clean enough, ? and has the things you need. No musty smells or mold, but there was another persons hair in our shower that was overlooked. And to few toiletries. It'll do in a pinch.

Avoid this place at all costs!! My elderly father made a non-refundable reservation via hotels.com by mistake. He thought he was making the reservation directly. When I called to see if I could cancel the reservation due to the mistaken nature of the reservation (and the subsequent cancellation of the trip altogether), I was told in no uncertain terms it was non-refundable. Ok, fair. However, the individual who answered the phone, Dipak Patel, was the rudest customer service person I’ve ever encountered. He raised his voice to me, told me I was wasting his time and that the owner did not have time to talk to customers. Simply unacceptable.
