I stopped into Arby's about two weeks ago and came back yesterday after trying there Beef Sliders! Totally delicious been there twice now next time must try there Ham Sliders

I would not recommend this Arby’s.
There was literally no one else in line and they are rushing. Rushing so much that they dropped our card out of the window to where we had to get out of the car to pick it up. And because we didn’t say “oh it’s okay” they purposely made our food wrong. Like what are you rushing for there is literally no one else in line.

What happened to this Arby’s went there tonight for a quick dinner after being busy all day it was AWFUL we had the beef and cheddar’s they were cold , dry and just gross and had the crinkle cut fries they were cold, dry and like rubber, the cherry turnover was so stale , we use to love that meal we sure will not be going back .

Went to this location today just to order the potato cakes that i had a craving for with a cup of cheese sauce..and the potato cakes container was absolutely SOAKED in oil. The bottom of the bag was dripping oil everywhere. Theres oil all over in my car now because I went to the drive thru, so now my car has grease stains and will smell greasy for god knows how long. I'm pretty mad about this.

I don't go to Arby's often but when I do, it's the one at this location. JACKIE is awesome... she's very friendly and JUST PLAIN NICE. The atmosphere is nice as well... Xmas music playing in the background today ... Jackie and the cook were singing. They made my day... took me out of my Xmas blues for the rest of the day... THANKS GUYS!!!!

I went to this location for Veterans Day for a free roast beef sandwich for veterans. I'm a veteran and they refused to give me a sandwich even though it was reported on many sites that veterans were to get one sandwich on Veterans Day.

First i stood at the counter for about 7 minutes before i was acknowledged i was there to pick up my online order and place a counter order I ordered a jamocha shake but what I received was not one. The fries were not what I ordered I ordered crinkled I received curly fresh mixed in with old. The customer service sucked 😒

I very rarely go thru the drive thru but was in a hurry today. I ordered a classic sandwich w/horsey sauce. When I opened the bag they had given me arbys sauce instead of horsey sauce. I don't like arbys sauce so the sandwich was dry.

Ordered a #9 bacon and Swiss and didn’t get the swiss, and when I asked to get what I paid for I was told they are too busy. Please don’t waste your time eating here.

The employee at the window did not.know how to do a veteran discount. He for.some reason thought i was trying to pay for everything individually? He said i was already getting a discount by getting the meal. Wven though i am paying full price. Then acted like it would be an inconvenience to get the manager to put in the discount. Saying it was their policy not to do so. I won't go to a location with this kind of service.
