My side of cheddar ridiculous service was horrible roast beef sandwich and fries ice cold and I had to pull up and wait in the drive thru
Very I usually go to the Arby’s on national but I did not this time as they had a very low rating. I should’ve gone there. I attached a photo of the chicken sandwich I ordered that was very hard and look like it’s been sitting there for a long time.
The girl with the purple hair was awesome very good customer service I'll be back because of her!
First thing we saw the cashier dropped a sandwich on the floor, took it behind the counter handed it to the person in back unwrapped with bare hands and had it rewrapped and gave to the customer. Service was non existing. So we left.
We approached the drive thru mic my dad asked a simple question if they can sub the bun for the sesame seed bun, which isn’t really much difference in price that came with the special 2 for 6 the lady sounded like a manager that first took our order said they cannot due to something they can track it weird saying which did not make sense then my dad mentioned a name he can call about this just asking how and why which did not make sense to us she replied saying he does not work her then he said he is the regional dm she also recommended talking to Regina or Jackie so then she left the drive thru mic so then a young male kid came to the mic he did not have a friendly attitude when taking the rest of our order we did purchase a large Jamocha shake at first we were thinking a small then we changed our mind getting a large by the time we approached the window no cars were in front or in back I saw a small Jamocha shake already made I mentioned the mozzarella sticks are on my app for a dollar he said with an attitude that she can only use that coupon in the app which did not make sense he should have said placing an order in the app he already had a bad attitude not friendly he seemed down like he did not want be there so I asked him if you are going to throw it away could we have since it was already made and it is a waste he just said no and walked away very weird like but when it came to his coworker Morgan we were watching them horse play for a good two mins waiting for our food he made the large Jamocha shake first then started to play with her touching her arms playing with her very inappropriate in front of customers that you were being rude to nobody was around I wonder why so when Morgan approached the window she asked us to pull forward when no car was behind us or in front of us my dad said wouldn’t I just wait until someone got behind us she said no that messes with wait time when wait time needs to be accurate, not made up in a way that is not truth I even asked her she told me a different story that one of the coworkers was going to have it so I thought to myself when you work at a fast food place you automatically get free food for once a shift so my dad parked in a regular parking spot and got out the car walked inside to get our food mind you he is 60+ the young kids that were working have no respect for the older people or just people in general they rather play fight and have zero customer service friendly attitudes very disrespectful I will not be going to this location anymore the food was not all that good or temperature wise very poor
Can't complain to much but cashier barely liked at us was quiet. Food was hot good. But could tell was literally slapped together in a ridiculous fast pace. But like I said the food was good tho.
I recently visited Arby's, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The food looked unappetizing—far from what you'd expect based on their advertisements. The sandwiches were sloppily prepared, with ingredients thrown together haphazardly, and the curly fries were cold and stale. It was clear that little care was put into presentation or quality.
To make matters worse, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff seemed indifferent, barely acknowledging customers, and when I tried to ask a question about my order, I was met with impatience and an unfriendly attitude. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this location based on my experience. Arby’s has the potential to do better, but this visit fell short in both food quality and service. Hopefully, they can work on improving these areas.
Thought the fish sandwich was pretty good.
Went last week. Food was great! Staff very friendly Will be back!
Ordered 2 meals. And one order of mozzarella sticks. The smoke house brisket had little to no meat on it the crunchy onions were stale. Both crinkle and curly fries i ordered were hard and cold. The girl on the headset had an attitude, then was eating in front of the drive thru window. Terrible food and horrible service.

Staff is always friendly and my orders are always filled quick and accurate. Love the crew at this Arby's..🩵💜🩷
Morgan you are amazing girl. Give that girl a giant raise!!
Ran for lunch for someone else & myself. They'd ordered a fish sandwich & I'd ordered french fries & a 4 piece of their chicken nuggets.
The fish sandwich showed (on the outside board) it comes with cheese. Yet, she opened it when I returned & no cheese was even on it. I had made sure to specify it when ordering it & even the guy acknowledged it when he read my order back. My french fries were barely warm & a few were even cold. Next was the (massive disappointment) with their chicken nuggets. I had some that were long, like Culver's has. The others were really small & round. They were a disappointment as well. They were cold, hard to chew & had been sitting a while. They were nothing like I was anticipating.
I haven't been to Arby's in years. I (personally) will not be returning.
Facility is super clan Staff very polite .
I was served a brisket sandwich that was all fat, to the point where it was like biting into subcutaneous fat suctioned from a plastic surgery recipient, served between two sad buns.
Servers didn't seem to care. Don't go here if you want mediocre food. There's a shitty McDonald's and Taco Bell that at least serve barely edible food.
