I have never had a bad experience here but today I went through the drive thru and Layla was working. This girl is an absolute gem! Not only was she polite and helpful but I was greated with a smile and she made sure the condiments were there. With the construction she even offered a tip to avoid the mess on 27th st.
She absolutely made my day and please give her the recognition she deserves.
I can't even stress how much this was appreciated, so many places these days you don't even get a hello, food is handed to you and they walk away.
The food was hot and fresh too, I should probably mention that!

We the usually get French dip n it's good but this time it seems that not all the meat was on the sandwich mostly like eating bread. Disappointed!

The service is terrible. The people working inside making the food are terrible and dirty. The cashiers seem not only new but not being trained well. The managers are also terrible when communicating.
This place is ran by kids without management. We were told they no longer serve roast beef
Picked up a order online and didn’t put my barbecue in the bag food is cold and hard fries definitely have been sitting all morning 25$ down the drain
Paid $35 for two meals. Both were cold. My chicken sandwich was hard like a rock and was all breading. We will never eat at Arby's again

The food is always good here. But none of the tables had been cleaned off. Who knows how long those tables weren't cleaned.

Arby's was honestly horrible. They got my order messed up 2 nights in a row, because the entire 20 minutes that I was the only customer, they were talking to each other and not paying attention to nothing else besides their phones. Fries were old and burnt, and I received something totally different than what I ordered. Tired of complaining. Just go somewhere else. I even gave them compliments just for small talk on how proud I was too see younger generation trying to earn a living for themselves and not running the streets wasting their time or their lives. What a waste of time and effort of words and encouragement.
I ordered 2 beef n cheddar, neither had any red sauce and one had pretty much no cheese, the 2nd one had a tad more. My curly fries were cold. So bummed, I love Arby's but I don't get near one much so when I do it's a treat. Except for today.

Placed an order on uber eats for here and the order was wrongly picked up from the wrong driver. The person who answered the phone had an horrible attitude and refused to make the food after the food was never given to me.
