I had a pleasant experience at this fast-food place. The food was fresh and tasty, and the portions were just right. The service was quick and the staff were friendly. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. A nice spot for a quick meal. I recommend it!

I have never had a bad experience here but today I went through the drive thru and Layla was working. This girl is an absolute gem! Not only was she polite and helpful but I was greated with a smile and she made sure the condiments were there. With the construction she even offered a tip to avoid the mess on 27th st. She absolutely made my day and please give her the recognition she deserves. I can't even stress how much this was appreciated, so many places these days you don't even get a hello, food is handed to you and they walk away. The food was hot and fresh too, I should probably mention that!

We the usually get French dip n it's good but this time it seems that not all the meat was on the sandwich mostly like eating bread. Disappointed!
The service is terrible. The people working inside making the food are terrible and dirty. The cashiers seem not only new but not being trained well. The managers are also terrible when communicating.
