Watching people come in and order and get their food before my online order was also fun (sarcastically). Being told my order has 3 ahead of it, and then pulling it out of the refrigerator 25 mins later to add bread and a strawberry to it, was probably the icing on the cake.
Just going to skip this place for now, I know employees don’t generally care about the business, but wow..

Our family dines at Café Zupas in Greenfield every Thursday evening, and we’ve consistently been impressed by the friendly and attentive staff, as well as the efficient service. The restaurant offers a wide selection of fresh, healthy menu options including sandwiches, soups, salads, desserts, and beverages that appeal to everyone in our family.
However, I did encounter a minor issue during a recent visit. When I attempted to redeem my rewards points, the cashier, Liz, informed me that points could only be applied when ordering through the app. In fact, customers are able to redeem points from in-store purchases by using the code printed at the bottom of the receipt. It appears there may have been a misunderstanding or a need for additional training regarding the rewards program policy.

Small portion. Hardly any honey and hardly any avocado was included.And this is called the hot honey chicken protein bowl. Chicken was dry and did not seem fresh at all. I also had something that seemed crunchy in my food.When chewing and i'm not sure what it was.Hopefully it wasn't some added proteins.Such as a bug as it seems that maggots and beetles have been the theme with some of these reviews. I guess since your restaurant seems to lack on portion.Maybe you decided to throw a little protein in if you know what I mean. $15 is expensive.

I would like someone to explain to me how I order a pick up order at 10:22 AM for a 1215 pick up only to get there and not have it ready until 1240??? Then on top of that, I asked whoever was doing the pick ups where was mine and she said there was four more orders in front of me first off how secondly I talked to this lady who definitely got her food before me and she said she just ordered hers for a 1215 pick up and again she picked up her order before me so how are there four orders before me when I ordered at 10:22 AM When asked to speak with a manager I was told no If you do a pick up, don’t do it from this location

Unmatched in the timely food service industry anywhere in the vicinity! The quality of personality, positivity, food, cleanliness and service here is what gets me here twice a week, at minimum. The crew preparing the food is attentive. Keith & Chris are upbeat, energetic and provide excellent customer service. Drea at the register is a great last touch on the way out.
For what is costs to go eat garbage fast food these days, in a messy facility and just to shove a bunch of trash down your throat, I'm amazed there is not a Zupas selling fresh food on every street corner.
Once I started eating like an adult, this is one of the only few spots on my list. Highly recommended!!

One of my absolute favorite restaurants! The food is always so fresh and reasonably priced. In my opinion, so much better than Panera! When dining in it’s quick and efficient. I’ve also used their order ahead also has worked great for me!
Overall service was great. Sandwich portions were small for the brisket grilled cheese but flavor really good. Curry soup was probably one of the best I have had. Mushroom soup only had 2 mushrooms in the whole size large order.

I like café Zupas, but it's really expensive. For instance, my daughter and I got strawberry cups, it was well over $20 for two. Service is pretty slow each time I've been there. I love food, it's just that it's not always in budget to eat there.

Ordered $25 worth of sandwiches, the bbq brisket, me and my partner maybe got 2 teaspoons of meat on our sandwiches, waste of money.and it wasn’t that good, like baby food, pictures were deceiving. Never coming here again.
