I’m really disappointed and frustrated with my recent experiences at this Cousins Subs location. The last time I visited, my sandwich was wrapped in a wrapper that had previously held tuna, which I’m severely allergic to. That mistake could’ve been life-threatening.
I decided to give the store another chance today, but once again, there were serious issues. My order was mixed up, and the larger sandwich — which contained an allergen — was given to the wrong person. This kind of carelessness with food safety is unacceptable, especially when allergies are clearly mentioned.
I shouldn’t have to worry every time I order a simple sandwich. I really hope the staff and management take this seriously and implement better training and food handling practices before someone gets seriously hurt.

I walked in and there are just two workers. I felt bad for them but at the same time envious. I'd prefer two over 20 people.
Anyways. The food was good. Despite being short handed they greeted everyone and food was done quickly.
The two girls really killed it. Running a restaurant on your own isn't easy.
The location was one coffee machine away from being my new work station. It was peaceful with outlets right above the table. Perfect.

Decent, the service could have been a little friendlier, but the restaurant was clean and food wasn’t bad, especially the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies 🤤
This is by far my favorite location to eat at and get pick up from. The staff is friendly, the food is always fresh and hot, and the place is clean. Your dining experience can't get any better than this!

15 inch ham and cheese was embarrassing. Ham portion was terrible, veggies were very slim and I really was looking forward to a cousins sub not a bread sandwich to split with the kids. I am not sure why this location continues to struggle to meet the corporate standards on subs. Don't waste your money, go to Jersey Mikes or Jimmy Johns in the area. I have given this location a few chances and I will no longer give them a chance.

The quantity of food you get is terrible for the price you pay. I am not sure what it is about this location, but the portions are terrible compared to other cousin locations. If you like bread sandwiches, this is the right spot for you. If you are in the area, go to Jimmy Johns or Jersey Mike. You can at least taste meat on the subs come from those other places. I ordered a 15-inch ham and cheese if anyone is wondering.

I love this place it’s a comfort food of mine. I get a PLAIN!!!!! HAM AND CHEESE. JUST HAM AND CHEESE. The extra oregano,tomato’s need to be listed as an extra NOT! something that comes on the sandwich. For the past 3 times i gotten this i asked for PLAIN HAM AND CHEESE JUST HAM AND CHEESE. And i get one with everything. Stop hiring randoms this place used to have potential. So disappointed. And so overpriced for NEVER having the correct order the PAST 3 TIMES COUSINS!!!!!
