The atmosphere is "meh." The food is always good. The service is s..l..o..w.. It takes them quite a bit to prepare a sandwich. You go to other sub shops and they're fairly quick, but Cousins is a bit more slow-as-snails. The prices are pretty high up there. But that's pretty common nowadays.

I've never had a bad double cheese steak before here. I think the salt missing from my fries was on the sub.

This was definitely the best cousins sub I ever had. They made it fast and piled on the meat. Most places when you order double cheese steak you get a little extra, here you get like a whole other sub added to it! Amazing. ?

Today's stop was perfect. Sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it, staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean and looked good. Sandwich was big and filling. The garlic bread was fresh and tasted great. Awesome job guys!

I ordered my sandwich a certain way, paid extra, fries were cold and so was the sandwich. I called to complain and the manager could say is I'm super sorry about that and we can remake it for you. Do you really think I'm going to let you remake my sandwich after I called to complain? NO!! I'm done!!

I love Cousins Subs but I have a very picky orderHam & Cheese with onions, peppers, very little lettuce with mayo, oil, and salt and pepper. No matter how busy they are they make it exactly the way I like it. I also love the buns they are just the right amount of crunch outside and soft inside. So THANKS FOR THE GREAT FOODParking: This particular store is in a strip mall so there's plenty of parking ?️Wheelchair accessibility: There are multiple ramps for people in wheelchairs and I am sure if you have any problems you could call into the store and they would bring your food to you or help you get into the store

Fastest service in downtown Greenfield. Clean, respectful and friendly staff and useable bathrooms. There are places to park, eat dine-in or you can take your food with you. Located in a strip mall.

I usually go to Jimmy Johns and now I remember why. They lost my order and I was waiting for 20 minutes while I saw all these other orders going out. I didn’t order much so I knew it wasn’t taking that long to make it. The kid at the counter knew I’d been there for a while but he never said anything to me or checked on my order. I finally went up to the counter and asked about my order and the kid said, “I knew we were missing an order.” If you knew why wouldn’t you say anything? The manger told the kid she made that order and they found the bag with my fries sitting there and my sandwich. She handed it to the kid and he gave it to me and apologized. He was nice about it, but I asked to speak to the manager because she should have been the one to apologize and give me the food. Look, I get it. I work in fast food too. Accidents happen. Orders get misplaced, but you could have handled it differently. Your staff should be trained to check on people who have been waiting an unusual amount of time, and the manager should handle things like that. Not just pass it off to your minimum wage employee. I don’t care who’s mistake it was. You are paid more to deal with stuff like that. And I’m very nice. I wasn’t being nasty about it. I just asked her why she couldn’t have apologized as the manager instead of the kid. And she did apologize and it seemed sincere so that’s something I guess. The fries were cold. I knew they would be before I left. The sandwich was fine. It wasn’t as fresh as it could have been. I didn’t care enough to ask for fresh fries. I didn’t want free food. I didn’t even care enough to ask them to remake it. I just won’t be back again. Jimmy Johns is right across the way and I’ve never had issues. If I want fries I’ll go to McDonald’s.

This store deserves zero stars but I had to give at least one to leave a review….. ordered a Turkey sub and got home and my sub had NO meat on it, then to top it off my bread was stale and falling apart. Would NOT recommend this location!!!

Very clean place, easy to find.Kid-friendliness: The place is family orientedParking: Lots of parking in front.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of room for a wheelchair. I used the handicapped parking right in front.Dietary restrictions: There's a sign at the counter explaining about peanut allergies.

Did an online order, was there about 20 minutes after the scheduled pick up time (which was fine cuz they were busy) got home and there was barely anything on the subs. I called and the guy was saying what should be on the sandwhich in kind of a rude way and said they’d make it in front of me if I wanted , they remade the order. Had it ready for us when we got there. Only this time they messed up a sandwich. I said no tomato and extra mayo, they put tomato and no mayo. I have never had issues with this place till now, extremely disappointed.

This is one of the best locations to go to. I always enjoy eating inside after or before going shopping.
