I've never been disappointed by this place. I have ordered for pickup several times through the app, and they are always friendly and courteous when I come to pick it up!
Food is good most of the time. Staff are good too. My wife had a sub with something hard in the meat...maybe gristle but not nice to bite in to. Usually do take out.

Orders have been wrong a number of times, usually stuff like the wrong cheese or not adding extras. Don't bother asking for stuff on the side, they often don't do it. Final straw was the most recent sub I got was only tomato and onion ends/heels. The store was empty, so that felt like revenge for not tipping on the order. Tried to call to complain and a manager isn't available. Only pluses are the store is clean and most of the staff are friendly.Edit: To the owner, I have no interest in returning to this location after all the issues. The chance to make this right was when I ordered my food, not after I left a bad review.

Piper and her team are so fast and efficient. They always work hard to keep customers from waiting too long and the orders are always correct. Great Cousins location, sandwiches made well. Best cheese curds ever, better than sandwich shops. Great work Piper and Team!! Your store owner should give you all raises ☺️
Ordered a cheese steak. Ask for green peppers and a medium fry. Well the portion of veggies was so small why bother. Also the order taker was not listening. Horrible service. Other orders placed after me were called way before mine was. I wish I could have given this experience a No star. I guess if I was a cheese steak sub this is the location to avoid Never again I go to the other sub shoppes

We had placed an order for two sandwiches on 5/13/2022 at 7pm, we were told it would be around 20 minutes... We arrived 25 minutes later and neither the fries nor the second sandwich were made. There were literally 4 people working and not a single one of them looked like they cared to get to it. They all just stood around talking. This isn't the first time this has happened either. The employees just stand around and talk and have no haste or quickness to get anything done. My fiance called to complain about his order being wrong. I told them more than twice on the phone for a tuna MELT and they just made a regular sandwich. then one of the two girls working who had answered the phone just started to laugh it off and AGAIN show that they had no care about the customer or even their own respect. Its honestly a shame because the foods good... But to be brutally honest, your employees are just garbage!! PERIOD

Ordered online and showed up exactly when they said it'll be done. Told the guy at the counter about my order and gave him my name. He handed me my receipt and then fumbled around. My sandwich had been done already but he never told me until I came to the counter 20 minutes later. I told them I wanted another one and they looked at me crazy. "It's been under the warmer". Never again.
