Wonderful crew of staff working! I felt extremely welcomed and the cashier and food handler both repeated my order to make sure everything was there, and noticed they forgot to add a sauce before I could even look. Kaitlyn was especially helpful and very pleasant. My favorite Culver's for sure!

Parking: Because they make food fresh, there is a short wait for your food. Since it's a popular place to eat, there is sometimes a line of cars waiting for food at one time.
I was in town for a KC Comets game and I stopped at this Culver's for dinner on the way back. The food was fine, the curds were oversalted which is typical, the burger was fine but the reason I'm writing this review is the service was stellar. Both of the ladies I talked to were super friendly and although they were slammed they really left me with a smile. This was 12/7/24 in the later hours. I hope they get the acknowledgment they deserve.

This location is clean and the food has the quality you’d expect from a Culver’s, but they seemed backed up and slightly disorganized as far as mobile orders go, but I did get my order right

Pretty ridiculous customer service at this location. I don’t typically leave reviews but it needs to be noted if an order issue occurs at this location it’ll be met with questioning and defensiveness from some of the staff with an unwillingness to resolve the matter in the simplest way.

This Culver's is the most disappointing of all Culver's. The wait time is horrible. I was first in li ne at the drive up, ordered, paid, pulled forward. Three cars were after me,all got their food before me. Waited 10min for a simple order. My parents were there Friday, Waited 30min in line for two hamburger 's
I was looking forward to eating a patty melt with a vanilla malt. I was disappointed that the patty melt was not the taste I was expecting. The meat did not have much flavor, and the onions were fried but actually seemed slimly... not edible 😔. The malt was good, and thankfully, I got cheese curds, so I ended up just eating those. Definitely not the taste I was craving.
