Went in yesterday morning with my son. Was seated, took 20 min to place an order and an additional hour to receive it. Food was burnt when received and seemed like some of it was reheated in the microwave.

I ordered chicken fried chicken with double seasoned fries. It tasted more like some overdone dried chicken tenders and the gravy was bland plus watery. Gravy should be creamy and thick so I was very disappointed. The fries were okay, not great but I've had worse. I watched one of the servers using dirty trays to serve food. The booths have almost no wiggle room. None of the employees looked cheerful or happy to be there. Our server had a B.O. issue and while he was attentive to our needs, he never smiled and took awhile to give us our check until we asked.
