This place needs a whole new staff. All of them are clueless and dumbfounded. They have no human-decency or common sense. This place should be studied. If you don’t want to work in customer service or provide information that’s necessary then don’t do it. It’s simple as that.

I just spent 35 dollars for a 3 meat plate. My brisket was chewy and had a lot of fat on it. I know it’s 6 pm but my food tastes like it’s two days old bbq. It’s not worth it.

Food was terrible ribs were so tuff couldn't put a fork through it the waiter was great the whole restaurant smelled like urine so bad only good thing was I called with 5 min heads up 12 people were coming they were empty anyway wonder why????????

I normally don’t leave low reviews but I figured it might shine some light on an issue that will hopefully be resolved. By far the worst ribs I’ve ever had, even after I removed the membrane myself. Brisket was dry and nearly inedible. Chicken and sides were fine but that was about it as far as food goes. Service was great and the staff was wonderful. Just have to work on getting their main meals straightened out and it would be a great place to eat.
Everything is good! Especially the cornbread muffins.

They remodeled and the place looks good. It was clean and our sauces at the table were full. As usual we got the feast for 2 and as always it was more than enough. The food seemed fresh and on point for these franchise restaurants.
