Overall, an OK experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and the tea selection is great.
Prices are a little high but that’s expected of any local tea shop. I do wish that they were willing to portion the teas in some “in between sizes” because I might not need a huge bag or a sample bag. 4 ounce still seems a little bit large if I wanna try multiple flavors, but there is no in between from a sample to a 4oz or larger. We also asked for a 4 ounce bag of a specific tea and they were out, but unwilling to pour a 4 ounce bag, even though they had the large container on site which seemed odd to me.
My biggest gripe is that during our 20 minute visit I felt uncomfortable because one of the staff members noted sugar and sugary teas and additives on three different interactions as such a negative it made me uncomfortable even after I said, “I sometimes put sugar in my tea, but I like a variety of teas both with and without sweeteners, mostly without” to try and redirect the fixation conversation. She proceeded to ignore the fact that I gave her a hint that I was uncomfortable with the sugar comment and continued to harp on the fact that no sugar is healthy. I felt so judged that I almost put my items down and I probably could’ve spent a lot more money in time in there if they were less judgmental tea experts. I did skip getting a tea to go because I felt uncomfortable. That’s a pretty cool feature that they have there though.
They do know their stuff though so I’ll still give them four stars, but be prepared for their demeanor if you start asking about different tea varieties and want to learn more about a specific type.
So grateful to have stumbled in today. The customer service was above perfect. The product knowledge and passion made me a cook for a living wanting to work there! My blueberry matcha with lavender was beyond magical.
Always a great time when I come here. Jamie was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. My favorite is the Lapacho Cream!
This is the place for all things tea. Many kinds of tea, including some to help ailments like a sore throat. Also there are usually 2 teas to try. Plus you can get a cup to drink right away. If you have a favorite they will make it special just for you.
Good teas, a little pricey. Most of the employees are good, some are rude.
Nice staff, picked up some good sample packets here and tea infusers!
Large selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff
Tea was great . But got ripped off I feel. I ordered two 4 oz pks of slim tea and two 4 oz pep in your step .
The selection was great and staff was friendly and helpful! I had a ton of questions and settled on Green Jasmine and Hojicha teas and they have been delicious!
Great selection of teas, and excellent customer service! They had some chocolatey teas to sample, and it was delightful. Would give more than 5 stars if I could

Cute place with decent tea but extremely poor customer service. Very unfortunate!
Arrived at 5:45pm sign says open until 6pm. I asked upon arrival if they are still open as he was sweeping near the door as I entered. He said for 5 minutes I hope you know what you want.Won’t be shopping there again.
Awesome staff especially Autumn. I come here almost everyday for a raspberry matcha! The variety they have is absolutely impressive. It is also so cool that you can buy any tea in the store to drink to go!
Super friendly staff, a large selection of teas, and easy to order!I loved how clean it was, keeping the ones you can smell separate from the tins they scoup from and so. Perfect for gifts or hobby tea drinkers. Decent prices (per oz available or larger) and locally sourced honey available too!
Great store, friendly staff, and good tea.
