Their subs are always fresh and delicious. I go there at least once a week and have never had a bad sandwich. They're consistent, have great service, and always have your order right. (How many places can do that?) They have been around a long time, and definately know how to make a great sandwich!
My company did some work for Goldcoast, Josh and his team were a pleasure to work with! The entire facility is clean and very well taken care of and the food smelled delicious!
I ordered a ham and cheese sub and asked specifically to put the oil and tomatoes separately. I told the girl there that I wasn’t eating it for 4 hours cuz it was for work and I did not want a soggy bun. Well when I opened it, the bread was soggy. I called next day and tried to talk to manager which wasn’t in. I had talked with another woman and couldn’t hear me right so she put the younger girl on the phone. I told her that she had mad my sub soggy and that isn’t what I asked for. She never asked me what can I do to make this up to me. She just kept saying it was made how I wanted. Well if it was, my bread should not be soggy. The manager called me the following week and was very rude on the phone to me. He made it personal and not business like. He said you were talking to my mom and my sister. And how it sounded in his voice was very rude. Instead of taking care of his customers he scolds the customers when the cold coast people when they do wrong he sticks up for them. I did no wrong to his mother except I repeated myself cuz she could not hear me and his sister kept saying it was made to my order over and over instead of trying to make me a happy customer. He kept saying it could be the mayo. I told him I bought so many subs and the mayo doesn’t make it soggy. It was either oil or water. This manager doesn’t agree that customers are always right! Why wouldnt I call if something is bad. In the end, the manager did not take care of me and treated me bad. I will no longer go to this place. They are not very professional.
best subs in town with out the high prices i love this place whish i had one close to my house 60th stack yummy yummy
Great subs. Limited menu. I think I still may favor Suburpia, but it’s close. The $4 charge for extra mayo on 3 subs was a bit much I thought. Very tasty though and certainly beats any of the chains!
Very racists! new owner is a young snob who thinks because he’s the owner he can treat anyone the way he wants. We definitely won’t be coming here again. Food is terrible
10/10! wow my new favorite sub spot! I would’ve taken a picture but I ate it too fast and left no crumbs..
Excellent food and service. We loved our sandwiches.
