I did a mobile order for pick up and when I arrived home to eat the sub, it did not have any toppings on it. I understand it was around lunch time and it could have been busy, but it’s clearly labeled on the receipt and the other subs on the order were made correctly. I was very hungry and was disappointed :(

Went in the middle of the day for my first time a few weeks ago and had a great experience. Found out they had gluten free bread so my wife could have one too. She got out of the ER and I suggested Jersey Mike's, it was 10 minutes before close and although I really try to not go to places before close, given the circumstances I made an exception. Was gonna get a sub for myself and my wife but left just with hers as I felt completely unwelcome and judged and uncomfortable so I wanted to get out of there ASAP. I worked in the service industry and know the frustration of having someone walk in so soon to close but you put on a smiling face and still give decent service. That was ridiculous. Would go back cause the Food is great but come on. You never know what someone is going through, wife an I had a bad day and I left hungry due to how unwelcome I felt. Do better.

we placed a pick up order through the app, picked it up, got it home, and one of the subs we purchased was incorrect. we understand accidents happen, so we called and asked for a refund on the incorrect sub. the man that answered was incredibly rudely toned and unprofessional. when we spelled the name that we placed the order for him, he very rudely said “that’s how you spell it” with a tone and then just said “ok it’ll be there” and hung up.

I stopped in this past week and it was my second visit to this location. I’m a sandwich lover. I ordered my Original Italian to go but briefly interacted with the manager, or at least she appeared to be the manager and I teased her that I would join the Jersey Mike’s Club once they open a location closer to my home in Muskego. She was pleasant and the young man who made my sandwich worked on it like he was Monet working on a painting. Seriously, the kid made me an incredible sandwich. Nice people, good sandwich.

Warning to others who order here that this is seen as acceptable & encouraged to drench a Jersey Mikes sandwich until it becomes a sponge.

This is a great place. Before I even get started about the food. The staff is amazing. Very knowledgeable. This was my first time ever here. Everything is so fresh and tasty. Prices are fair especially with the quality of food. They have a slicer and slice all meat and cheese as needed. Smells great in here. I would recommend to all my friends and family or strangers. I use to be a cousin subs kinda guy. But not any more. I'm a jersey Mike's kinda a guy now.
I eat jersey mikes like at least once a week. I have never been to this store prior and have no complaints about the other locations. This location gave me bread I’m assuming was older than a day. It was hard and NOT good. If I wasn’t in a time crunch I’d take my order bavk to the store. Do not go to this location
