The person making the sandwiches couldn't be any slower. She took my order gave my hot sandwich order to the grill guy, and he finished the hot sandwich before she could finish the two other cold sandwiches.
And no, I will not email you. Either you are a new owner or have new employees. But either way by the look at the latest reviews, your customers are not happy.
Fix it and I'll come back.
Otherwise I'll find one not owned by you and go there.

Placed an Online Order and headed to the store, the grill team member had no clue about my order until I came and asked the register employee about my order. Team member then proceeded to make my sandwich while I patiently wait with a smile. One of my instructions on the ticket said “ Extra sauce please” . I guess Extra means something out of this world because my sandwich was drowned in sauce and completely covered from the outside and soggy as well! Even the thick paper wrap was drowning in the sauce! I couldn’t even pick up the meat to eat it separately because it was all unbelievably covered with chipotle sauce that I had to throw it away. No idea what i did to deserve this. Maybe the team member had a long day or something but still not an excuse to ruin my dinner and hard earned loyalty points like that.. super disappointed

Went for a gluten free sub and they didn’t have the subs. How can that happen. You have it on your menu and don’t have enough. Terrible and disappointing when there are not many options available for gluten free. Yes I could have done a bowl but I didn’t come for a bowl I want the gf bread! Will not go back to this location again

First off I used to be a very Avid supporter for Jersey Mike's. I know that sounds stupid but in an economy where everybody else was skimping on their portions this place was not. That's something I could definitely get behind. Today, however , was an experience that will leave a poor taste in my mouth for a long time. I hadn't been to this location in about a month and decided to treat myself. I went in and ordered my normal the club substitute ham for salami. I was then informed that I was going to have to be charged for ""extra meat"" because I wanted salami instead of ham........ Now I wasn't getting ham and salami, I just wanted salami instead of ham. Almost every single other place I've been to has never charged me for that cousins, nice, subway etc.. I said okay whatever they proceeded to make my sandwich and gave me the most scant amount of meat I have ever seen on a sandwich and I'm even comparing that to subway. What a disappointment not only did I get charged for extra meat that I didn't even physically get, I only got a sneeze worth of turkey and salami. To make the sandwich even doable I had to go to the store and get my own turkey. I really spoke highly of Jersey Mike's because of their decent portions but now I definitely feel like I have pie in my face. 22.00 for no extra meat, nothing like being price gouged and disappointed. You have completely and utterly lost a customer!!!

This is my first time going to a Jersey Mike's and believe me it was very good I loved her Philly cheesesteak and I also love their tuna salad sub it was very very good and they're ham and cheese very good also the service was good I got filled and it was a great place to go to.

Avoid this place at all cost. The people that work here don't give a damn about their customers, and when you complain about it to management, they'll make every effort to make it seem like you're the problem for holding them accountable. You're likely to get ingredients on your sandwich that you never ordered or having missing ingredients that you paid for. If you enjoy that type of service, then eat here. It's a sandwich, not a tech firm. It shouldn't be this complicated guys.
