Last time I order from this place! Order missing items more times than not. And don't even think about getting delivery. What happened to freaky fast? Last 2 times I ordered my food was delivered almost 2 hours after it was made. Ridiculous

Ordered a veggie sandwich with no cheese or mayo and a chicken bacon grilled sandwich with extra tomato. Got a veggie sub with extra tomato, no cheese or mayo and a chicken bacon grilled sandwich with no cheese and no tomato. The order was taken right, but the guy making the sandwiches made what he thought he heard, not what was ordered. When we first tried coming in to the store, a girl wouldn't stop mopping in front of the door long enough for us to come in, we had to wait for her to move. No one greeted us or even said hello, the music wasn't blasting, but was loud enough to be annoying when trying to order and have a conversation.

The service here is horrible. They delivered my food to the wrong address. When I called they said they delivered it. I checked both front and back doors and nothing. The manager was very rude and wouldn’t not give his name. I will not being going to this location ever. Do something about this or you will never get my business again.

The most horrible customer service at this location placed an order through DoorDash received the wrong order when I called the manager in the background said that’s not my problem!!! When I asked for his name he got on the phone told come pick up your order or get off my phone!!! How can you have such a rude unprofessional manager working there!!!

I wish I could say this is the first time this has happened but it isn't. Because this is consistently a repeat issue I have decided it's time to leave a review. I placed my order online for pick up at 11:59. I arrived and saw it was not ready on the shelf so I sat to wait. There were a couple of party box orders ahead of me so figured ok they were swamped with that no big deal. It wasn't until my neighbor who walked in 15 minutes after me got her food and I still hadn't gotten mine that I was like what is up. I went up to the counter to ask if we were not going in order of received, and they said you placed online? I said yes, they then asked me like it was my fault why I hadn't come and told them that I was here. Then they looked at their receipt tape they hadn't pulled off any of the mobile orders there were two other people besides me who's orders hadn't been made. I was finally given my food with attitude at 12:42
Anthony is a stand up guy. Very great customer service and he even gave my boys a cookie on the house. I’d visit often if I wasn’t from Chicago just passing through! Thank you.

Ordered a kickin ranch chicken wrap, it tasted different which is when I noticed it had bacon in it. I do not consume any other meat except chicken, so I made sure I re-read the contents of what I ordered before I placed my order, and only after making sure that the chicken wrap on the website did not have any other form of meat in it I ordered that, only to be disappointed.
