Ordered a kickin ranch chicken wrap, it tasted different which is when I noticed it had bacon in it.
I do not consume any other meat except chicken, so I made sure I re-read the contents of what I ordered before I placed my order, and only after making sure that the chicken wrap on the website did not have any other form of meat in it I ordered that, only to be disappointed.

Ordered this toasted chicken sub with no bacon and there’s more bacon than chicken🤦🏻‍♀️ And due to religious reasons I can’t eat pork so I had to throw the whole sub away. Thanks Jimmy John’s.

Food was great, delivery took 40 minutes. I called to ask about my food and was immediately out on hold, never even go to talk to anybody. I sat on hold for 10 minutes before I just hung up.

I always buy the turkey Tom sandwich. My sandwich today had like one slice of turkey, lots of lettuce, and a few tomatoes. I was not satisfied with this visit.

I got a wrap, and i noticed some of my ingredients were not on the wrap. plus the wrap was hard. it may have been an ofd day. I'm glad I didn't spend alot$$

I work across the street in healthcare so I decided that this would be quick! From the moment I walked in it went downhill immediately. No greeting, no update as to why no one was taking orders for dine in guests when one guy was putzing around by the deli slicer do absolutely nothing. I fact the customer ahead of me snapped his picture. Stepped up to the counter and was immediately met with unprofessional attitude and lack of any type of customer service skill I have seen during my experience in the industry since 1999. Carissa (Clarissa?) couldn’t even figure out how to add mayo to the Vito sandwich, my suggestions got eye roll reactions(i suggested she put the mayo inbetween some of the ingredients or on top of them or on the side and I’ll add it to the sandwich myself) was told I can only get mayo packets lol what? Customer behind me asks for the manager and lo and behold this unprofessional negative attitude employee Carissa is the “one on charge” She starts speaking tho the other customer in a very rude negative attitude condescending tone. At the point I’m DONE with this type of behavior from someone getting paid to make sandwiches. As I’m leaving she says something along the lines of good u don’t have to be here. The man in the back who was to busy to attend to us in the store suddenly comes up to the counter as he could possible bring some sort of intelligence to this interaction stood there with his mouth hanging there, I question lack or brain cells or high out of his mind. Demotion and re-training on ALLL customer service/food industry standards cuz this certainly was unacceptable and not up to par with jimmy johns. I will not return to this location and shared this experience with co workers. they decided to go elsewhere for lunch. We were all excited to all try the pickwich. Do better Jimmy Johns. Qdoba next door was FAR SUPERIOR

Food is fine if you can get it to you. Ordered delivery and they sent it through Uber. Order never arrived and the manager asked if I called Uber. I explained I didn’t order through Uber I ordered through you. Now I’ve been waiting on my food that’s not freaky fast at all. Approximately two hours so far…

To update the resent the order and an hour later still didn’t get it. Ended up canceling waiting on two payment to repost to my card now… don’t order from here

My sandwich was pre-made and refrigerated. I came within 15 minutes of ordering. My sandwich bread was COLD like it had been refrigerated for several hours. The tuna caused the bread to be soggy. I had already drove back. If not I would have returned the sandwich for a refund. This is the first time I have went to this location in addition to receiving a pre-made sandwich. I won’t be back to this location.

This visit was not as pleasant as others. The person who helped me that night didn’t seem to want to do anything, when he mistaking made my sandwich with bread instead of an unwhich, he became bothered and tried to make me settle for that. But I didn’t. So I think that triggered him to do a crappy job on my actual sandwich.
