What happened to “ Freaky Fast” I guess catering takes precedence over actual customers in the store… waited 20 min for 2 subs all the while 4 guys behind the counter made boxes of catering food… ridiculous!!

Horrible service. You can schedule hours in advance & they either bring it too early or too late. Mean people over the phone when you’re actually being nice to them. Cool on Jimmy John’s for a while.

I had it delivered at work, and the order was accurate. The app did not notify me it was delivered, however.Vegetarian options: Any sandwich can be made vegetarianDietary restrictions: They seem to have very good control over cross contamination

We frequently order from JJ's for meetings and very seldom have an issue. Our order was missing the soda today and when I called, the gentleman was extremely apologetic and delivered the drink to us right away! I mean within minutes! (the guy also had a great beard) They even offered us a free cookie for the trouble. Absolutely incredible customer service, great food, great price. Jimmy Johns 10/10

If I were you, because you work hard for your money and want what you pay for, don’t go to the 76th Street location in Greenfield. If you order in-app, you’re MORE likely to have missing items, soggy bread (wet bread, to be precise), short-changed on ingredients (their potato salad is a “premium side” that comes in a container double the size of the portion, which is only about 4-5 bites for $2.69; seriously? What moron thought that was a great idea?), and every time I’ve called to talk to a manager, they either chuckle like it’s funny or have some stupid excuse for it like “Well, we’re busy.” And this doesn’t include every person I’ve talked to sounds like they’re from 25th and Capital. This place is ghetto with the poorest service in the area, and the fact is that you could get a better experience from Jersey Mike’s and Subway, which is saying a lot when you throw Subway in there. We won’t be returning for sure. Jersey Mike’s is just a few blocks up the road on Layton. They’ll start getting my business instead. Good job, JJ! You’re killing it with your Freakily Stupid Delivery!

We dined in later in the evening (tonight), and the only customers who were dining in (a few others came for pick ups and take out) we let our son (almost one and a half) run around a bit and play before getting back in the car. The (I assume) manager on duty pretty rudely told us something along the lines of "We have other customers if he screeches again I'm going to have to ask you to leave" I can only assume this because he told it to our (12) daughter and niece rather than the parents until my wife asked him to tell her what he said. To be fair I can understand if he had staff with a headache or a migraine or something and it was making it worse. However my son was mostly giggling and being a happy toddler, still I understand it. But it was how he said it more than what he said. If he had approached us or was polite about it I absolutely would have understood and taken him out.

Listen, I love the food from Jimmy John's - it's my go to food when I'm sick. But yesterday I ordered a sandwich... a #14, add cheese, add bacon, add pickles. They forgot the bacon, so I was comped a sandwich. Called today because I'm still sick, asked for the same sandwich and this time they forgot the pickles. It sucks getting upset at a food place because they just can't get the orders right, but that's exactly what happened here only twice in two days. Hard coincidence maybe, but still sucks because I ordered for comfort food and wasn't comforted.

My staff and I have ordered food here before with no problems but todays staff during the lunch hour did not appear to be very happy or friendly, and the store was in disarray and the ice machine was not working including a soda flavor. We had both asked for our sandwiches and wraps to be cut in half and that didn’t happen either. For the price of eating out these days one kind of expects a little better experience. It’s uncomfortable being around staff that seems to not even want to be there. Maybe it’s an off day?

The employees we mean and rude. We waited for 25min which was ridiculous considering there was only one customer in the store that already had their food. I understand that they have online orders. However almost 30min is a little crazy. To top it off we got our food and one sandwich was hard as a rock. So I walked up to the counter and ask if they can make me another sandwich. The guy barely made eye contact and a nonchalant okay. Apparently while I walked away he was smiling/smirking. They remade the sandwich and yelled out the order "the sandwich that had a brick bread". You served stale bread and proceeded to talk shit will I'm still in the store. If I could post this without a start I would.

My family showed up for dinner around 6pm. There two other patrons in the facility when we arrived and they already had their food. There were 3 employees behind the counter. We were not greeted upon our arrival. When someone finally came to help us he was not pleasant; it was as though we were interrupting him and he couldn't be bothered. We sat in the lobby for over 20 minutes waiting for 3 normal sandwiches. When the sandwiches arrived, one of them had bread that was most definitely not baked fresh by any stretch of the imagination. When we went to the counter to return the sandwich and ask to have it remade with bread that was less stale, the male associate said okay as if to not give a $*!+. He didn't make eye contact or acknowledge that the situation was inconvenient. He then turned to his colleagues and laughed and made fun of the situation while he slammed the sandwich in the trash. Not only was I irritated that we had to wait so long for the sandwiches, the service was the icing on the cake. If the product isn't something you would eat, then a simple "my apologies, we'll remake it" would suffice and I assume you have PLENTY of time during your shift to talk $*!+ about your customers when they aren't right in front of you. I stopped coming to this Jimmy Johns for a long time after we found a hair in our sandwich but this will now solidify the end to our time here at the greenfield Jimmy Johns.

Ordered using door dash and it was a mistake. I called twice because my order was taking a long time to arrive, and both times I was told the driver is out doing multiple deliveries. This seemed strange to me but I figured anything can happen, whatever. After a few more minutes, I checked yelp and noticed two negative reviews about poor service written two hours prior. Food never arrived. Now I am sitting on the phone with DoorDash and not sure if I will be getting a refund. Stay away from this store at all costs.

Waited over 1.5 hours for my delivery. For a store that was 3 miles away. When the app said you may have a longer wait for delivery I didn’t realize it meant over an hour.

Ordered a little John COMBO, never got my drink. The whole bag smelled like weed from the delivery driver ? tried to call several times and their phone is “having problems”

I didn’t realize it was a lot to ask for to be delivered what I ordered. Also didn’t know I was signing up a 75 minute wait.
