Decent food, but the service was so atrocious I will never go back. It took almost an hour to get drinks (ice tea). Then we were only able to put in one food order. No one came back to take our subsequent order (the meal was supposedly all you can eat).

The visit was on a Monday evening. It wasn't packed, so there was no fair reason for the poor service. We literally had to chase the server down multiple times for help. It was expensive and we all left hungry. For good Sushi or Asian eats, I recommend Japanica or K-Pot nearby.

I have come to Jin's several times in the past few years. I have tried several other sushi places in southeastern Wisconsin, and I always keep coming back here. The food is great, the service is good, and there are no cleanliness concerns.

First, the food. The sushi is wonderful. It comes out in plentiful amounts, and I would recommend two rolls per person -- I was struggling to finish three. I also got the Tempura Banana (I think that was the name) and it was fabulous. Also, the prices for the food for lunch were outstanding. All you can eat for $17.99/person. That price does go up about $10/person for the dinner menu.

Second, the service. On a Tuesday afternoon, the restaurant was not busy at all, so we were seated right away. We were promptly greeted by a waitress who was extremely friendly and gentle. The food came out incredibly quickly, but a quick heads up, you are not allowed to take the food home, and they will charge you extra for not finishing your plate.

Finally, the cleanliness. There were no cleanliness concerns at Jin's. All of the dishes were washed and ready to go for when my friend and I were seated. There were no bugs in my food (I have had this happen before at other restaurants). Any food that was supposed to be warm came out warm.

The food here was great, the service was good, and there were no cleanliness problems that I experienced. If I were in the Greenfield area again, I would return to Jin's without hesitation.

What a wonderful lunch experience! Lunch was $17.99, which included an appetizer soup and salad, nigiri, an entrée and dessert. It is an all you can eat sushi experience but just a side note, YOU WILL PAY for anything not eaten that you want to take home. There was a wide variety of sushi to choose from. I began my course with an avocado salad which was tasty. The sushi comprised of regular, vegetable and signature rolls. Before you leave, please try the mochi ice cream. You can thank me later. It comes in strawberry, mango, green tea and chocolate. The service was average but the experience was superb.👌🏾 I can't wait to return.

It was ok. That's about all I can say. If you've never eaten GOOD sushi before in your life and you've never eaten a GOOD lobster, then this is probably great for you. Decent selection. Went for dinner and the food started coming out right away. No big wait.

You get what you pay for, really. I should have known better. The rice was oddly crunchy in some bites. The fish lacked much flavor, though the sashimi deluxe add on was pretty good.

The lobster absolutely was frozen, thawed, reheated and therefore the texture was quite tough. It had zero flavor, like a previous reviewer said. I asked for salt for the butter because that's all I could do for flavor.

Overall the place was humid and sticky. Like everything inside was sticky. Our menus stuck to the table, our arms stuck to the table. It didn't appear dirty, just everything is sticky.

Overall, it was the ok-est all you can eat sushi I've ever had.

Great sushi. We also had walnut shrimp and steamed scallops, which were also good. Process for all you can eat is a bit odd but seemed to work. Will definitely go back. May get gutsy enoght to order the crazy tuna as I like spicy food but wanted to enjoy first visit.

Got there early and place was empty . Are server was not a happy person and couldn't remember a damn thing or that we even were his table . Took 45 mins to get our sushi rolls , he forgot our appetizer and then I asked for spicy mayo to eat my sushi 12 mins later I had to tell him to get it yet again . Didn't apologize for the service or mention he forgot anything . Terrible service ill stick to door dashing this place .

Food was really good! Very busy about 5pm. Sushi, is reasonable price. I like the crab Rangoon as well.

Worse experience. They seat you and that's it. Have to ask for everything. Had to place our order 2x and still couldn't get our order. They brought out random dishes (appetizers), but not what we ordered. Never got what we actually ordered. Only unlimited random appetizers. To top it off. They laughed and acted like it's some kind of joke. Rude staff...

The food is amazing, different types of sushi rolls, tempura, dumplings, and a large ara of items, great service, fun family oriented atmosphere, great for date night or hanging out with friends. I haven't tried there drinks yet but if you can't eat all your food, the price for taking food home is low. 😊
