All you can eat is the way to go! The servers are awesome and the vegetarian/vegan options are delicious. If I could eat here every week I would

Every part of the meal was amazing! We had miso soup, crab legs, Peking duck and lots of sushi 🍣 I'll be back soon!

it’s alright, i think the sushi was good but whatever my boyfriend ate gave him awful food poisoning. he was throwing up the entire night and was incredibly sick. we both had separate things so whatever they served him was either spoiled or sitting out for a very long time. we don’t plan on going here again

The sushi is fairly solid, but I would not spend full price on many of these rolls—rather, I suggest doing “all you can eat” when you’re hungry.

Gyoza: excellent, not too fried
Peking duck: better than expected, comes with bao
Fish/sushi quality: B+. Solid and probably worth it (if you’re hungry), but not spectacular. Our rolls came out lukewarm—although this is only mildly off-putting, I believe that they would be significantly more enjoyable at a cooler temperature.

The ambience is great, and we enjoyed the restaurant’s decor. The service was just ok (we had to flag our server down thrice), but this is expected at an all-you-can-eat establishment, especially because we came at a relatively busy time.

I've had this restaurant bookmarked for quite some time, and it did not disappoint. My boyfriend and I had the all-you-can-eat sushi option, which included oysters on the half shell (SO good) and sashimi. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the service was wonderful. I absolutely recommend this place, we’ll be coming back soon!

This star is for the two people who reviewed me, Owais Abbasi, Omer Farooque, my name is Alex and I been working here for 3 years and I know everyone who I served would back me up when I say this. I was not rude I was joking around with you when I said I am lazy. I even told you in response and come over to your side. This is what I said, I am (was) a restaurant owner but not here I wouldn’t do it either. I explained to you in detailed that we have two deep fryers in the back that we use everything to deep fry we can not solely separate chicken ship and rolls or other items, that is not how a restaurant works. We only have a 4 top stove which one cooks pan seared salmon, one gyoza and shumai. The other two are to boil water for soup. We don’t have any other space to accommodate for your dietary restrictions. I said I would cook it in a pan myself because I was a chef and accommodate you. But your two order forms had a lot of shrimp tempura rolls and deep fry rolls and crab ragoon.
Imagine if I try to cook a roll in a shallow pan and having to cook 20 pcs shrimp just to serve you. And on top of your table I have 5 other tables. Plus I would be cooking it on one stovetop one pan. I said it’s not a dietary restriction and it’s a religious because you said it yourself it’s because of religious purposes, then I had stop myself and told you that you are right it is a dietary restriction. All three tables around you heard what happened and they agreed with me, I kept my composure and told you that I would bring manager that said exactly the same thing. This is all you can eat not meant for that kind of restrictions. Now ask everyone who comes here that I have served if I do whatever I could for them to make them happy. And I also said it myself I would do anything possible for you. Now this is off work and unprofessional of me. But you were the rude one for not understanding, that I said I wouldn’t lie to you we can’t do that here. And it’s true. You said you have done it before but no, sorry we can’t and have never done it before because if we cook a deep fry roll in a on it wouldn’t be cooked all the way through and that would be food poisoning, ask safeserv. Thank you for coming in though! And I am sorry if I was rude to you. But I was joking and I did make you laugh! Haha

The Guy who was supposed to be our server was very rude and told us how lazy he was to move to people to hear what they want. He wouldn’t understand what a dietary restriction is and not only him then the guy who i guess was the manager backed him. It was no way a good experience for us to go there with a family. We had to walk!

If I could give this place a zero, I would. The server was incredibly rude when we inquired about dietary restrictions. I totally understand if you are unable to accommodate the dietary preferences, but it is not okay to be rude even before anyone has ordered their food. The server at one point tried to explain how if he was a restaurant owner, he would never accommodate such a restriction. Can’t comment on the food, because the server’s attitude was so repulsive that we left before placing our order. As for the atmosphere, the servers demeanor completely soured what is otherwise a pretty mid establishment. If you are looking for respectful service take your money elsewhere.

Dietary restrictions: They won’t accommodate dietary restrictions if that means they will be inconvenienced. For instance, if you ask them to fry something in oil that is not contaminated by chicken, they will refuse.

I’ve been going to Jim’s for over a year at least 2 times a month I’ve always enjoyed it it’s the best all you can eat sushi you can get, but the last 3 times I’ve went I’ve gotten stomach sick right after. I’m not sure what changed but I’m sad to have to say I don’t think I’ll be back. đŸ˜© it was amazing while it lasted.
