Place a small order for two (10 pc. Nuggets, 2 hamburgers and 2 fries) at 5:44 inside. Didn't get it till 6:08. Ten people that ordered after me received their order before I did. Each person had to remind them that they ordered drinks myself included. Not even apologie for the delay. Everytime I have gone there my order is always wrong too.

Absolutely horrible McDonald’s Honestly, last time I get food from them I live two minutes away from this location and it seems every time I go to get food. The fries are always cold and taste soggy, the McChicken taste like it wasn’t fully cooked. They load it with nothing but mayonnaise and if I ask for Mac sauce on my burger, they drowned it in Mac Sauce to the point where I don’t even want to eat it. I do not recommend this McDonald’s BEWARE!!!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE YOU WAIT A LONG LINE AND SOMEHOW, AFTER ALL THAT WAITING THE FOOD TASTE LIKE THEY WARMED IT UP IN MICROWAVE.

Third shift speaker lady has attitude. Not even put effort to look for my mobile order. I had the receipt showing already paid. She said you just have wrong location clearly it says 5040. She was just trying to avoid getting my ordered made

If you do any food service decline it!!!!! they don’t even acknowledge you rather you ring the bell or not if it was one time or even twice I’d understand but this is a ongoing thing TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! From 10pm until they change shift DONT DO IT!!!

My food at 10:18 AM and I waited till 10:43 AM to get my breakfast sandwich. When I received my sandwich, it was completely wrong. They gave me tartar sauce or breakfast sauce, and I didn’t even Order a fish sandwich I ordered a breakfast sandwich and I got tartar sauce. That restaurant is not being run properly So they need to improve desperately 😌

I think I can give props to this location. Typically my order is often incorrect. I’m posting because the GRINCH MEAL! I love the socks. I would but the CV meal just for the socks lol don’t judge me too heard. The second thing be I looked was how CV fast we received the order, with everything included. But my favorite part of the meal was the grinch salt for the fries! Omgggg, if you haven’t tried it AND you like pickles, run and get a box!

I CALLED THE STORE TO ASK THEM TO DROP SOME FRESH FRENCH FRIES DUE TO EVERY TIME MY ORDER COLD FREEZE COLD FOOD AND FOOD THAT IS NOT MINE I SPOKE TO A MANAGER SHE WAS VERY RUDE HER NAME WAS MARIAH.. I ASKED HER IF SHE WOULD REPLACE THE FRIES BECAUSE THE CAREER WAS STILL HERE HE WOULD GO BACK TO GET THEM SHE SAID NO 😡😡😡 SHE WAS VERY RUDE SHE DIDN'T WANT TO SPEAK TO ME AND SHE DIDN'T WANT TO REPLACE MY ORDER I LOST $33 ON THIS ORDER
