Guy at the window spoke in a warm, friendly but professional manner making sure I got everything & wishing me a good night. Seemed to be in the moment & not feeling like it sucks to be working the close shift on a cold windy night. Good things ahead for this young man I think

Everytime I come here the food is terrible and the so is the service. Just went through and sat at the drive-thru for 10 minutes with no communication and then they helped the other person who pulled in after me. They then continued to be rude by barely acknowledging me and handing the food and drink to me so aggressively I almost dropped it. Any other McDonald’s will do it better.

This place is always mediocre at best. Breakfast staff seems to be the best and all other shifts are terrible. The soda machine never had the correct syrup mix either so it always tastes off. They always get something wrong on the delivery window and act like they got it correct. Avoid this place if possible
They never get the food correct, asked for double hamburger with bacon no cheese, plain. Received a double hamburger with cheese, no bacon. Despite the verbal communication of the order and receipt stating that was discussed, clearly the cooking staff could care less. Happens numerous occasions. They never answer their phones. So, the only way they “help” you is to ask you come back or credit you.

This is a formal complaint on Taylor. She is very rude. One of the nastiest people I have ever met. Very unprofessional. Always have a nasty attitude and never listens to the customer. She goes back-and-forth with customers and disrespect them. I have encountered this on three different occasions at this location with her. It does not matter that this is McDonald’s. She should have respect no matter what job she has and lose the attitude. No one wants to work with someone so nasty and evil as her.

They get the order right most of the time but this other times I get folded egg instead of round when ordering the sausage mcmuffin with egg that's supposed to be round. Sometimes the food is put together sloppy.
