This McDonald’s is all over the place! I went to order a Big Mac meal and a Oreo McFlurry. At first, I was greeted by such a kind, thoughtful, polite, gentlemen by the name Jesus M. Honestly, one of if not the nicest McDonald’s worker I have ever worked with he was a pleasure to be able to speak with on the farthest speaker. However, when I received my food, my Big Mac was missing the Mac sauce! How do you even forget that!?!?! Secondly, my McFlurry was not mixed at all! If I wanted ice cream and some Oreos on top of it, I would have gone to the store. I payed to get it mixed! This is establishment is all over the place. Jesus M keeps this restaurant up to 4 stars.

Was making a order and had a reward . The manager told me that the site for that is not working that she can't help me. I said that it didn't work for a long time and the manager from the other McDonald's just put in their code. She said that this is a franchise n she can't help me. So I just loose my points. It's not the biggest deal In the world but come on now fix it or don't do it!

Managment working on 12/13/25 is out of their mind. They're canceling uber orders left and right because the grinch box is out of stock. Uh hello??? You can still fulfill the orders without the boxes!!!

Since moving, I’ve come to this location 10-15 times. I order the same items each time, bacon McDoubles with only ketchup. At least 90% of these orders have had a ridiculous amount of onions quite literally “hidden” in every place on the sandwich except where customers would be looking for them. I can spend 10 minutes meticulously clearing all of the visible onions out from under all of the meat and all over the outside of the bun, only to bite into it and find the space between the patties with the cheese is filled with onions as well. The patties are almost always rock hard pucks that you can tell have been sitting all day long.
The McCrispy sandwich patties are always hard and dry. There are seemingly no standards at this location & employees seem to be TRYING to ruin orders. Not to mention, their attitudes are always poor.

I just want to thank Johnathan M for his execution of the “most pickle possible” on my McChicken. Most places give me two pickles when I make this request and it makes me want to throw a mcchicken at someone’s face. I will drive past the McDonalds on 27th and Morgan because their service and wait times are HORRENDOUS. I will go the extra 5 minutes down the road to the cold spring location just for getting wait I ask for in a timely manner. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.

Wait was long, burger meat was so old it was hard. It was the worst burger from any McDonald’s I’ve ever had and would have for sure gotten a new one made if I felt like going back but already wasted enough time.

The service was as expected from a McDonald’s. The food was warm at best and it (chicken sandwich) was definitely way overcooked. I ordered a mocha frappe and after 10 minutes in the drive through I was told I could only have caramel. It’s more of a slab of caramel ice. Corporate is neglecting this store and it shows in every way possible.

McDonald's is always nasty. No matter where or when. Always .
The workers here are rude. Today around 9:40 one of your employees came to drop off our order at our table. Instead of placing it gently on the table she slammed our drinks and food. Poor customer service. Looking at the reviews I see someone has already complained about her. Here a picture of that rude worker.

Went thru the drive thru using the mobile like I normally do. First they couldn't find my order. Then finally told me to pull around. Then I got to the food window and I had my drink and bag basically shoved at me. Then when I got home, it wasn't even my order.

Old Man with glasses was very rude . When asked about receiving drinks early he responded in a rude tone and shook his head during the entire conversation. Manager was nice though .
