Went thru the drive thru using the mobile like I normally do. First they couldn't find my order. Then finally told me to pull around. Then I got to the food window and I had my drink and bag basically shoved at me. Then when I got home, it wasn't even my order.

Old Man with glasses was very rude . When asked about receiving drinks early he responded in a rude tone and shook his head during the entire conversation. Manager was nice though .

I would give zero stars if I could. Horrible service. I waited in the drive thru for 45min. Both lanes were open. They were only taking orders from the other lane and ignoring me. I went to the window to order instead. The worker saw me and started laughing and never once opened the window to take my order. Mind you, I got there before they closed. Unbelievable.

i have gone here a couple of times but the most recent time i wasn’t even attended. We were waiting at the front ready to order but no one showed up, there were a lot of clue less employees just standing around not knowing what was even going on.I did not even get to order and we were standing there for more that ten minutes.There were only like one employee actually doing something.I don’t judge mcdonald’s too harshly but this was on another level.

The service at the 27th st location in greenfield has been great for me with how fast and accurate the orders are.
I got a Chocolate and vanilla malt, small size. Normally you can't get it that way, it's one or the other, chocolate OR vanilla, not both together in one cup. The nice young man at the counter said he could do that for me, and he did. It's absolutely delicious. Typical luscious McDonald's malt, thick enough to make your straw collapse. Only makes you you want to try to get more on your next slurp. I also asked if it's possible to get it in a couple minutes, because I have a concert at the Fiserv Forum soon. He said yes, I can get it made right away, and he did it in record time. Thanks again McDonald's for your excellent service with a smile😊!

this place needs an overhaul and it’s been needing one for a while. imagine leaving work late at night, starving. ordered 40 nuggets for me and my family. they gave me 20 and still charged me for the 40 nuggets

I came in here with my family to order food and I had to wait over 10 minutes! Old lady manager that needs to retire came and it was clear that she was annoyed with taking my order. There plenty people waiting for their meals and it’s appeared they only had one person in the kitchen. All these employees and none of them could take my order is unacceptable! A rude manager that has one person making our food is bound to take longer. This lady needs to retire to stop letting her anger out on paying customers!
