The only reason I didn't rate the food was because I didn't order an already have dinner plans this evening. I literally just stopped in to ask if they had a public restroom, and I was met by Josh, with a smile and clear directions to the restroom I have never eaten at MOD before, so once I was finished, I stopped to check out the menu. Josh, again, approached me with a smile and very clear knowledge of the menu, even sharing some really good suggestions. I literally can't remember the last time that I received service like that in a non-restaurant-style food business. He was super impressive. I happen to work right down the road and will be coming over on a lunch break this week BECAUSE of Josh, his attitude, and his knowledge. I was impressed from the start. Thank you, Josh. You killed it bro.

I am new to the vegan lifestyle and was so thankful to discover that MOD offers vegan crust, cheese, and plant-based meat topping options. The crust was so crispy, the tomato sauce flavorful, and the veggies perfectly fire -roasted. The vegan cheese was a bit slimy, so I may skip that next time. I appreciate the option greatly, though! 🙏

We ordered two pizzas, Mad Dog and Tristan. We enjoyed both. They were distinct and flavorful. This was our first experience and we plan to order again, and again!

Severely under staffed, employees trying as hard as they could but two people can't service, cook, clean etc for that many customers at dinnertime rush hour. Can see this MOD on Layton Ave going the way of the now closed MOD on Moorland Ave.
Management/ Franchise/ Owner really needs to really step up here and either close or hire more staff. I came in at open and was told that they needed another hour to open. Then I come in at 3:30 the same day and a tiny line and online orders has brought the store to a standstill. I do not blame the employees, but every Saturday there is a delay or a problem, please whoever owns this place get these guys some help!

Came here on 1/1/25 around 2:30 PM and the staff at the time was amazing. Everything was made and baked perfectly! They even restarted our cheesy bread because they didn’t like how it was cooking!
