They will lie to you over and over about the pickup time of your order. They'll say they're bagging it up but really they're still cooking it. Be aware you will wait 30 minutes ordering at the counter even if you order ahead

Fried pickles were the worst I ever had. The breading sucked on my chicken sandwich. I do not recommend
Disappointing place. Slow service. Unavailability of basic stuff. Unclear menu. Says 1 side and 2l drink on menu however it isnt available with 6-8 piece. Which is informed by the cashier as it states no where in the menu.

I'm surprised how a fast food restaurant that sells fried chicken doesn't have either garlic sauce or BASIC KETCHUP!! Went in Sunday evening for dinner and they didn't have any thing we asked for.
Breast pieces? No. Ketchup? No. Garlic sauce? No. Buns? No.
And then they went ahead and asked us to pay $0.75 for each sauce they had. The cheese dip was cold and bland, the ranch was watered down.
The only thing that made the chicken go down our throats was the seasoning on the table. Definitely not recommended. Sadly we won't be coming back.

No refills Cans only. It's a thing with these halal places. Decent decor Food is gas station level quality but 20 bucks per person We keep trying these places and are always mildly disappointed. It's technically food just not destination food. You go to these places if you have to and don't want to cook

Food is really yummy, great chicken sandwiches and fries. However, the sign says “all combos include 12oz soda and any side”, but you are only allowed to include wedges, fries, or coleslaw. Signage should be updated to reflect that, or employees taught how to substitute for another side. Thank you!

No humans at the counter. You have to place your order using a touchpad screen. Took close to 30 minutes my order (for a single person) to be cooked. I should have known by the number of people sitting waiting for their orders to come up.
