Tried this place for the first time and it was pretty underwhelming. Employees didn’t seem to care much at all about their jobs, just sitting around on their phones or chatting with each other. Walking around like zombies. The food was fine but nothing to get excited about. The restaurant was dead, no music, not atmosphere, just silence and then occasionally an employee on FaceTime for the whole room to hear her conversation. Was a weird dining experience.

I visited around 1:00 PM and was shocked by the complete lack of service. Several customers and I waited at the counter for over 15 minutes with no staff in sight. When a black lady finally appeared after the phone rang, she didn’t greet or acknowledge us. When we asked to order, she ignored us, made food for herself, and went back into the back room. No one was helped, and we all eventually left. I’ve never experienced anything like it at a restaurant.

I was excited to try their food but when I arrived to pick up my order ahead, they were all out of what I ordered. I asked to cancel and get a refund so I could go somewhere else but no one at the store could help?! I’ve called and emailed and still haven’t heard back or gotten that refund.

Night and day from Brookfield location. Poorly run. No proteins ready for lunch rush. Pitas not pre cut. Not enough workers. 15 min to get 2 sandwiches with only person in front of us in line. Stingy with sauces.
Honestly, the worst fast food experience I’ve had in a long time. Can’t believe this place can stay open

We had anissue with our take out order. I called and everything was rectified and then some! Jose, the manager was outstanding… as was David and Kendall. Not only that but the food is wonderful! My whole house was thrilled!

This was my second visit to this location around 7 PM, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing again. I was served a cold pita and asked why it wasn’t warm. Eric explained that they turn off the warmer at 7 PM, even though the restaurant stays open until 9 PM. That just doesn’t make sense customers should still receive fresh, warm food during business hours.
It’s really unfortunate because Naf Naf is known for quality, but poor decisions like this reflect badly on the brand. It feels like a management issue, and if this continues, it will definitely drive loyal customers away. I will never come to this location anymore. Poor quality employees.
If you’re looking for a better experience, I recommend checking out the Brookfield Square location instead they seem to maintain the standards that Naf Naf is known for.

Food is great. If you haven't had there fries you are really missing out. Best fries ever! Food is great and affordable. The employees at this location were very efficient and super nice. We were there for lunch and they were busy getting a bunch of Door Dash orders ready but the place was spotless and our food was delicious.
