I ordered a delivery from this location. It was extremely dry, and luke warm. I ordered grilled chicken, but got pieces of parmesean crusted chicken (which were soggy). I used to work at noodles and I know they put multiple pieces on the grill and cut and serve in a rush but that is just sloppy. Also, I ordered a pesto cavatappi that was so dry it was like they didn't add the cream. They also overcooked it to the point there were burn marks on the pasta. I will continue to go to the location on 27th street over this location. Very upset I spent almost $20 on this.

We have eaten at several Noodles & Company. At one of our last outings the food had plastic in it. At this location only one of nine males was actually steaming hot. The rest were all lukewarm to cold. Even the chicken that had excellent flavor was cool.
The food set up on the counter and we actually went and asked if they would give us our food because one bowl was already cold and three bowls sat on the counter anout 10 minutes. The next bowls were the same since they had been up there a while. Only the last one up had steam and was hot. There is no heating element above the holding area. . Overall, go somewhere else.

Stopped by for lunch dine in, clean tables, trash area, friendly and attentive staff, beautifully plated order.
This particular location is fantastic. I am in there often, and the staff treat me exceedingly well. They are very friendly, and basically know my order by heart. I couldn't ask more from staff from a chain establishment.

Be careful when paying with card here. I payed with card and checked my account just to see and was charged a $20 tip that I never put. When I asked them about it the manager said we don’t give refunds on tips. Explained I didn’t put a tip. She had an attitude and wasn’t trying to refund. Eventually she went and got $20 cash to give me. Pay attention and look at account whenever paying with card here!!!

I came into Noodles & Company just before closing, fully expecting a rushed or limited experience but I was blown away by how warm, welcoming, and accommodating the staff was. Naraiah greeted me with a genuine smile and never made me feel like a burden, even though it was the end of a long shift.
My food was freshly made, perfectly cooked, and served with the same care and attention you’d expect during peak hours. The team clearly takes pride in their work and customer service, no matter the time of day. It’s rare to see that level of hospitality so close to closing, and it didn’t go unnoticed.
Huge thanks to the crew and especially Naraiah you turned a quick dinner into a truly positive experience. I’ll definitely be back!
