Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

My server was Sam and he was HUSTLING give him a raise and the keys to the city. He was so kind and overall fantastic.

I was in tonight and had a server named Autumn and she was incredible, made sure all of my needs were taken care of before I had to ask, was attentive, and helped me choose what to eat as I was torn between entrees but she was a gem and Olive Garden is lucky to have her. I hope she will be commended for her stellar service!

The people were friendly, the food was great! I was just there for a quick lunch and a break. They gave great service with smiles all around but also gave me time to eat and read a little in peace. Great experience

The food was undercooked and literally made my daughter throw up!!! Extremely disappointed!!!
I got take out so it was too late to even try to do anything about it. And when I walked up to place my order I was IGNORED for over 10 minutes, even while staff members kept walking around talking to each other and seen me, but yet ignored me! Rude! I'll never step foot in there again. Not worth it!

I usually love Olive Garden. I was eating some zuppa Toscana yesterday and there was a fly in it..safe to say I won’t be eating that for awhile.

For it being a Sunday line out the door was glad we called ahead waited 8 minutes the waitress was a trooper and kept everybody satisfied

Eggplant parmigiana was really good and the perfect food to split with someone.

Definitely slow service, good was maso menos, server did not know much.

Refused to seat a table of 8 👎👎

I had a great Mother's day- Birthday dinner. Service was perfect,manager was great! Team members were all great!!! My dinner was excellent! Thanks for everything!!!

Since when did Olive Garden start putting Cabbage & Carrots in the SALAD ??? In all years I've been eating Olive Garden I've never experienced this before. There was more cabbage and carrots then there was LETTUCE !!
Absolutely HORRIBLE !! I picked up my order and didn't notice this until AFTER I was back home and had I realized it before I drove off after picking up my order I would have taken it right back into the restaurant and asked for a refund !!!

We eat there a lot as a family. Sometimes service is great, sometimes it can be really bad. During the week it tends to provide a better experience, especially on regard to waiting. Great place, amazing food, but wait time of at least 30-60 minutes on weekends. The food though, is so delicious that you overcome the waiting and sometimes the not so great service as well.
