Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

It was ladies lunch out. The 4 of us all got the soup/salad combo and it did not disappoint. Service was wonderful and we all left very happy. 3 of us even brought some entrees home for dinner later!

I was here recently with my 89 year old retired dance teacher and my friend I used to dance with. We had not seen each other in several years. We met at the restaurant that is near Southridge mall in Milwaukee. Shelby was our waitress. She is a gem! No hurry to get out. Came to the table often to see if we needed anything. Had a great time! I had the sampler platter . Awesome and at a good price. No wonder these restaurants are always busy. We went to one last year in Boseman Montana when we were on vacation. This was the first time my son ate at this restaurant. He loved it. The waiter again was awesome! He gave my son the meal for free since it was his first time eating there. Not sure how he could do this but people in Boseman are very nice indeed. My son is now a lifelong patron of this restaurant! Soup and salad for 12.99. A deal!

I am leaving this review because since the last time both my fiancé and I ate there a little over 2 years ago, everything has seemed to improve. I mean a lot, staff went above and beyond to be able to get us our food. Everything tasted better than I had remembered. We just had a really great time there. The picture you see is the Seafood Alfredo, I hadn't had one that tasted this good since I was a kid. I really enjoyed the experience, our server was fantastic, they made us feel welcomed inside the restaurant. 10/10 experience and will gladly go back for more.

Extremely irritated with the manager on duty for delivery info. I've ordered often and the site no longer offers Italian sausage to add to your order. I call and normally speak to a manager and they add it to my order and then add the charge to my order. This manager refused saying they don't do this which is a lie. So, thanks for screwing up my birthday dinner!!

Possibly the worst Olive Garden in the Milwaukee area

Do not expect to get any gnocchi in your chicken gnocchi soup. You will have to be on your knees and beg. Otherwise, they will not give it to you willingly.

Their service staff also does not understand what you are saying unless you direct them yourself.

Amazon put many competitors out of business… the way this Olive Garden is serving up the food and customer experience I’ll say the Lobster’s days maybe numbered.

Ordered curbside pickup first and last time. The soup, breadsticks and entree was good, the salad was not as fresh as it should have been and the portion of salad dressing they give is not enough.

On Christmas Eve it was so nice to see soooo many people at Olive Garden on S 76th in Greenfield, WI. The place and parking lot was like a nightclub. Amazing to see. My vehicle parked in space 1 was approached with 2 Olive Garden employees who had a big box and bags. I was asked if I were the person they were looking for. I responded I am not all the while on call with the location. I could hear how busy and at work they were… like a event.. Santa’s little helpers.
Nonetheless, my order it came out and well once at home what was to be wasn’t exactly. I called and he answered ( I’m not giving names because I prefer to not do that.). I asked could I go to the location nearest to me to get corrected. His response they are closed. After giving identifying information and sharing briefly what’s going on With actions that were more being considerate then not I experienced thought less while being thought full. Never seen those two in one. Thoughtless and Thoughtful in one swoop.

Picked up a large to-go order for work & wanted to shout out Jodi who was excellent and the bartender whose name I didn’t catch but was also top notch (younger guy, dark hair). Give these two raises! They’re lovely!

Seated quickly, food was good.

Our server took our order and disappeared for 30 minutes without dropping off salad or bread. Finally someone realized and ran out food who wasn't our regular server. She asked if our server came out. She didn't.

Eventually a different server came to assist with us.

The whole time no one apologized for the extreme delay in service.

The food was amazing! Service wasn’t bad just one thing we asked for pepper flakes for our meal and some more breadsticks, he came with our meal and we waited to long for the flakes that our food was getting cold. He then brought the flakes after 10 minutes and no breadsticks but it was super busy and he was really nice. That’s the only thing I had issue with but food was the best I’ve ever had at an Olive Garden.

Had to ask for more of the never ending featured items! If its nrver ending, why am I asking for more? Only tried 1 of 4 varieties of soup! So dissappointed I left and went somewhere else for a burger!!!!! Ya'll lucky this is a treat for the parents, once they are in heavan I will not be back!!!!
