The ribeye i ordered was extremely tough and loaded with so much grizzle that I wasn't able to cut through it. I've given this place more chances than I care to admit! For over $35+ for a steak I expect much more! Very poor grade of meat!

Where to begin? My son just turned 16 and loves steak. We wanted to go somewhere that was solid but not too expensive for six on a Tuesday night. As a steak enthusiast, having been to many good and genuine steak houses, and also cooking many a steak on my own, I was reluctant to go to any chain, but figured how bad can it be? Well, it's that bad. I can only imagine it maintains a 4.2-star rating due to manipulation tactics by management or those that have never enjoyed a really good steak (or good food for that matter). That, or we just happened to show up when the entire kitchen staff quit or called in sick. Gordon Ramsey would have an absolute field day with this food. Appetizers came out wrong and without any plates to eat off of, drinks were depressingly late, and dinner was served promptly without any clearing of the table (we eventually received app plates and correct appetizers). That's not the reason for the 1 star, however. Nearly every single thing we received was part hot and part freezing cold from the mash potatoes to the steak, to the macaroni and cheese to the broccoli. Literally, everything had spent time in a microwave which was especially interesting since it came out so quickly. So, where had this food been sitting and for how long and why? My girlfriend ate a quarter of her steak before realizing it probably wasn't in her best interest. I didn't touch mine and the manager offered to make another one (cold to touch). The second steak came out at or below room temperature. I didn't touch it, just gross. My daughter had the filet and lobster. Her steak was warm enough, but the lobster was tiny and rubbery as you might expect. My meal was taken off as was an additional $50.00. I didn't want to make a scene or be increasingly difficult since it was my son's birthday, however, it should have been completely free other than a couple of drinks and a beer since they weren't really made by the restaurant and were enjoyed. I write this review with no expectation to be compensated in any way by the restaurant, because there is nothing they could do at this point to convince me to come back. Do yourselves a favor, make a steak at home or go elsewhere.

Was going alright until I got my entree, burger patty was in pieces on the bun so I sent it back. Once I got the new burger about 2 minutes later, it was raw and disgusting.

I had a chicken salad and it was iceberg lettuce roma tomato and very little grilled chicken. It was OK but not great for the price. Our waitress was great and the atmosphere was nice.

1-1-2026 New years day dinner with the family. Erin did a great job as our server. No waiting, they came to check on us several times(manager also). The steaks were good, portians were large. We had a booth and it was kind of dark, otherwise a good experience.

First and last time at outback. I had a blooming onion (tasted burnt and oily), salad (lots of wilted pieces and did not taste good) and potato soup (very bland, almost flavorless)

It was just OK. The smoked brandy old fashioned was really good though! Our waitress was also very good, friendly, and checked up on us frequently. I expected better for the food.
