I ordered a medium rare prime rib to go. Medium RARE. My taste is not a well done steak, that is why I ordered medium rare. The steak I received was medium well if not well. This was a 40$ waste of diner. I would have rather had my order canceled than have an inedible one.

The truth is, the service was very bad. They ignored us on several occasions and didn't even serve us. I do not recommend this location. The restaurant was almost empty. There were only 4 tables with people. They took a long time to seat us. We waited 20 minutes for them to take our drink order. When we asked to be served, they ignored us. Very bad service.

It's just ok. In the 90s when it was only open for dinner and not lunch it was amazing....now not so much. The server really does nothing ...while she types into the pad the server assistant does all the work...ALL THE STEPS IF SERVICE ARE OUT THE WINDOW. Totally not worth it anymore.

Went today for Easter Dinner and the Wings was Awesome!! But my steak wasn’t good and my wife didn’t care for her burger aswell!! The prices has went up Tremendously since my last visit !! Kam The Food Critic!!

The manager was very friendly! We stopped here on Pilgrimage and had a delightful time. A great meal, great atmosphere, and the friendliest staff I've ever seen! Highly recommend

This was the first time I had been to this location. Service was prompt and friendly. The management team was on the floor and talked to customers regularly. Support staff was helping the servers get plates out quickly. The restaurant was clean, the food was cooked as requested, and the server was attentive with refills and checking to make sure we were happy. I definitely will return to this location again if I am in the area.

It's very unfortunate because I love this place but for the prices, my food shouldn't be cold and This is the 2nd time this has happened. The first time, I did say something but by the time the food got to me we were ready to leave. This last time, I didn't say anything because I wasn't trying to wait again. My server was nice but that was about it. I probably won't be coming back. Too expensive for fast food😬

Mistakes can happen in any restaurant. How the mistake is handled by the staff is what separates an average restaurant from an outstanding one. That was our experience at Outback Steakhouse last night. This restaurant is outstanding! When our order arrived, it was apparent that one of the plates was wrong. This was brought to the attention of Brenda (who I believe is the manager). She apologized profusely and insisted on making it right. She also said that we would not be charged for their mistake! So, the order was replaced. She also offered us a dessert of our choice on the house! How absolutely refreshing it is when a restaurant, or any business, puts the customer’s needs, experience and satisfaction first. Needless to say, we will relate this experience to many people and we will be returning to this Outback Steakhouse again.

I would give zero stars but that is not an option.
This place had the bartender running the bar and the dinning room. We had to wait until our potato was gone for the extra brown suger finally got us that requested. I was half way done with my steak before before my glass of water got to me, I had nothing to drink until then. You ask for something three times you finally receive it.

Never commercial restaurant again! Poor customer service!
