QDOBA Mexican Eats

Best Qdoba ever. I refuse to eat at Chipotle due to poor service. This place doesn’t disappoint. From the hello walking in the door, to no hassle when asking for extra rice or veggies. 100% 5 STARS.

This is a quick, healthy, fast place to get delicious food. The service was quick and made my order efficiently. The atmosphere of this location was clean with fun Mexican-esque decorations

Sitting down eating chips and guacamole and all of a sudden one of the workers started sweeping my shoes. Management did not care would not share any customer service or management information they told me to google it.

Rude and impatient. They also didn't put the sides I asked for in the bag. Told them I'd pay for an extra side for the kids meal they refused.

I will always be an absolute fan of Qdoba and their food but the service at this location has continuously gotten worse and worse over the years. When I used to go in here five years ago, the atmosphere was amazing and the employees were also amazing. The employees used to be so kind and helpful. Now the last three times I have been into this Qdoba location. There is a woman wearing a blue shirt, she’s definitely Latina. This woman always has a terrible attitude. The last time I was in there and today she was extremely rude to me while talking and she just acted like I was bothering her and she didn’t wanna do her job. I absolutely miss when this location had good service because all of the other Qdoba locations are very far from my house.

I ordered loaded tortilla soup in a tortilla shell. I received my order in a bowl with avocado on it. I cannot eat avocado because I'm allergic to it. I've tried calling the store at least six times but nobody answers the phone. Now I have this food that I cannot eat and I have nothing to eat for dinner. Totally disappointed!

I'm sorry but even taco bell tastes way better. I could taste the plastic bags certain things are cooked in. Props for the fresh veggies and salsas. Went in looking for a taco salad... no such thing. Just bowls and chips. Mexican fast food isn't easy to make that tastes good. Also.. the rice wasn't the way abuela made it, the beans had no flavor but plastic. The steak was chewy. I ate maybe 10 bites of a bowl (should have gotten the mini). I feel like i wasted $30

I was in love with qudoba and never had a bad experience until today. Ruined my experience don't know if I'll be back ....one and done kind of guy. But damn I loved qudoba.

Cleanest QDOBA I’ve ever been too. Staff was calm and professional, most professional/respectful of any other QDOBA. Food was as fresh as could expect. I love the bowls that QDOBA uses, unlike noodles and co where if you dine in, you’re still eating out of plastic.

It was very busy, but everyone was nice and the food was great.

Ordered a burrito bowl of Cilantro Lime Shrimp. Got seven shrimp. I was pretty much eating a rice and bean bowl. This is almost 2 dollars more than steak. Way too expensive for that size portion.
