We had to order for 30 people for an event. We placed the order before they opened. We then called when they opened to confirm order. The person on the phone was great, they made sure we had everything we needed. When we picked up the food the crew was great, helping carry out the food. The people at the event enjoyed the food and we heard no complaints.

Edit: changing my review because i can no longer eat here (to no fault of this location but the company itself) they removed the impossible meat from the menu so it is no longer vegetarian friendly, I am beyond disappointed in the company for excluding an entire group of their customers and i have reached out to the company to address my dissatisfaction with their new moves. I will not and cannot be back unless they readd it to the menu due to strict dietary restrictions....My favorite qdoba location, they never skimp me on portions and are quick and never mess up my order. I will say however some of the employees here are not the most friendly but some of them are absolutely amazing. I love that you actually get a decent portion here and they don't skimp out on the toppings which is a problem at other locations I've been to. This is hands down the best overall location and clean.

Stopped by on 10.31.23 during their BOGO Halloween event (and during the 6pm dinner rush) and the staff did an amazing job making the online orders in between helping the customers who were ordering in the store. Everyone was extremely friendly even though they were super busy. Great job by the whole team keeping the orders rolling on such a busy night!

I mistakenly ordered online and needed to pickup my order later at a specific time, I called and they fixed the correct time. Our food was hot and ready when we needed it and was correct and best of all everything was delicious! It's Halloween and we were originally going to get Chipotle, but their site and application has been down/crashed all night. We had no problems ordering off of the application. So from now on we won't be getting a Boorito, we will be getting the Boogo instead! Good job everyone at Qdoba in Greenfield!

Love Qudoba. Since pandemic, service has been inconsistent. Results from app are often skimpy, although now you can give more direction. In restaurant is better but acoustics are bad so talking with server is tough. Last time, they were were running out of steak until the one guy who was on the ball showed the server the new pan sitting on the counter. When my food was just sitting at the end, the on the ball cashier waiting and then finished the topping and checked me out. I try to be patient, luckily they have one guy to pick up the slack!
