Food was awful. Seafood was over cooked , steak was tough and not cooked as requested. Server tried,but sub par at best.
Definitely not what it used to be, save your money and go somewhere else.

I came in for the first time and was met by the general manager Damon Canady. He stopped to shake my hand and make sure everything was prepared. The waitress was fast the drinks were perfect the food was immaculate. I have to mention Damon by name as he seemed to be everywhere checking on the service. Checking on the staff. Checking on the bar. And a a general manager in the hospitality industry myself. I have to say I was very impressed. 10 of 10 would recommend and I will be there again.

My server Ms. JaNique at the South 76th street Milwaukee, Wisconsin location was real thorough, has great customer service skills, and efficiently timely. She really made me look past how dissatisfied I was with the food taste. Can’t ask for a better server.

I brought my father to Red Lobster for his birthday, and while the server was polite and apologetic, the overall experience left room for improvement. There were several service challenges: my father's sangria was served as plain white wine, butter was not brought until the fourth request, and multiple beer selections were unavailable until we asked the bartender directly what was in stock. Additionally, a crab cracker had to be requested several times before it was provided. It seemed that the restaurant was either understaffed or staff members were not fully supported with training and resources. While the intentions of the team were good, the lack of efficiency and preparedness detracted from what should have been a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for a special occasion. With better communication between the bar, servers, and management, as well as closer attention to guest requests, this location could significantly improve its service quality.
