Our waitress Jill went out of the way to make us happy! She was the best waitress we ever had! She was so kind, conciderate, and made our dinner so pleasant. Thankyou Jill, your awsome!!!

Serving staff was wonderful although hostess lost my reservation. Food was extremely bland and over priced. Will probably not being going again.

The servers were great. The crab legs didn't have the tools to Crack them open and they were small the baked potato was small much larger at outback. The bartender was good but I felt pressured to pay in cash which I never carry and had to borrow from someone to close out my tab. Over all I would give it a 3 only because we had a large party and the servers were great but will I be back soon ...probably not.

All I wanted was their biscuits, it's been awhile. Got a dozen for my gusban and I, these have totally gotten bad, their half the size and hard, not soft and buttery with that splash of garlic, these were terrible! Won't ever be going there again!

Jaimie was our server and took care of fantasticly ! Food was the lunch menu and very good ! We were here at New Year’s Eve for lunch also - group of 5 of us had a great lunch !

I went during the lunch hour on a weekday and I think that is the best time to enjoy it. Not overly crowded, great service and quality food. Jamie was an amazing server. She was very attentive and quick.

With reservations still had to wait, at 330pm. I would hate to see it at 6. We were informed the night before was worse they waited an hour with a reservation due to staffing. We did wait at the bar, we were not offered drinks. Our waitress was great! They changed their frozen mix from island oasis. After I didn’t drink my virgin strawberry daiquiri, which I did inform the waitress, that they down graded the mix, she said yes sorry just the strawberry. But it wasn’t removed off the bill. Bacon scallops, meh. My crab legs tasted like stale water. I had to soak them in butter. Good news, my dad loved his steak and Brussels. It was not that warm in there I kept my jacket on my lap. They also had no hot water in the bathroom, the water was ice cold and it was very cold today. I do hope this place makes a come back, it’s the last one around here.

Super run down, rude server. Red lobster is truly going downhill fast! Everything is dirty.

This is the worst redlobster in Wisconsin.

Wasn't given half of my food on a Togo curbside order and brought food back next day and was given a refund. No sorry ,no gift card to come back. Nothing.

My husband and I went for dinner earlier this week to celebrate my birthday and had a very good time. Service was amazing! Jill is a wonderful server! If you are lucky enough to have her, she will make your meal extra special. Holiday drinks were delicious and food was very tasty. The warm Cheddar Biscuits, as usual, were perfect! Restaurant was clean. Some of the booths and tables need some extra TLC but we had a terrific time and will be back!
