Why utilize OpenTable to book reservations if you don't use a computer or go by any type of reservation system? Had a 6:30p "reservation", showed up at 6:15. Didn't use a computer to check us in. Didn't verify name or OpenTable reservation. Saw 10+ open tables but the kitchen was "behind" and they couldn't seat anyone for 1-2 hours. What else needs to be said? Went to the bar, waited 9 min to be acknowledged. Ordered drinks and waited 30 min - now 7pm and left. Take this restaurant off open table, it's not a reservation, it's not a placeholder, it's a waste of time. If you can't get staff, just close.
Service was great, no issues. Disappointed in the fish fry. The menu said cod but it seemed to be perch. For the money spent, only one piece of fish. Normally other fish Fry for the same amount you get at least 2 maybe 3! Crab was soft, didn't crack easily.
The restaurant was staffed with enough people to handle customers. Glad we had reservations. The waitress had worked a long shift the night before and while extremely nice made some mistakes from being exhausted in my opinion.
Easy to see why this chain won't survive. Slow service and over priced menu. We use to love Red Lobster, yesterday was our last visit. Very Sad
Our waiter was named Joe. Probably in his mid 70s. Had worked there only 2 weeks. Didn't know the menu. Cheddar biscuits were great.
Great experience for New Year's dinner. It wasn't overly crowded and the service and food were both FANTASTIC. We made reservations for a group of eight ahead of time and were seated immediately upon arrival. Kudos on a job well done Red Lobster, and an even bigger one to our waitress, Tierra M. She took great care of us from start to finish and was key in making our visit such a great experience.
My reservation was for 2:00. We were not seated till 2:20. We were there at 1:55. My name was added to the list ofwalk-ins. Thus people who walked in before us without reservations were seated before us. In this case having a reservation didn't matter.
My daughter has loved Red Lobster said she was a kid so she receives a lot of gift certificates for birthdays or holidays so we decided to go I was kind of Blown Away by how rude the waitress was and the fact that they removed none of our dishes we had to stack the dishes remove them herself and put them on a different table. You guys got rid of the crab alfredo which was my favorite. Probably won't be going back again since you're closing anyways. That will be very hard for me to explain to my daughter since she's autistic
The last time I was at a red lobster had to be 20 years ago. For some reason I thought that it was really expensive. Last week we wanted seafood and went to RL for our anniversary. It was 11/14 and we went to the Rl on 76th and Layton. It was absolutely GREAT! I loved the variety of creating the meal you wanted, which allowed you to spend more or less.
I thought it was reasonable. We had a wonderful waitress. She was on top of everything and treated us very well. We ordered Shrimp Alfredo to take home. My girls loved it. We will definitely be back soon. Will now be regulars

I once loved Red Lobster. But the quality of the food has dropped. I don't know what type of fish they served but it wasn't Flounder. The filets were much thinner. The Ceasar salad dressing recipe has changed. The salad was always the main thing I ate at Red Lobster. The only saving grace was the waitress (Donna). She was great. She was very attentive and was really informative. She answered all of our questions. She was probably the most pleasant wait staff I've dealt with in years. Codus to Donna.

It is about as expected for a casual dining seafood place. I would recommend sticking to their lobster over crab. Crab is just as expensive but way less meat. I'd also note their dish sizes are smaller than you'd anticipate if coming for the first time or haven't been in a while. Aside from that, the food was cooked good and fair quality for the price you pay.
Waitress was the best. We had a birthday group of 6 and she was right there answering every question, bringing spoons, extra sauce and checking on us often. Food was great, shrimp, lobster tails, salmon and kids choices were excellent. Splitting the birthday sundae so the kids could have their own, above and beyond. Thank you so much for a fun birthday lunch.

Food was ok. Service was below par. The place wasn't clean enough. Few days after dining there, I found out that I was charged extra $30 for tip instead of $8. Never going back. Please have a copy of your receipt or you might be deceived
